I got a steak burrito from this chipotle location 3 days ago which gave me E. Coli. I haven’t been able to eat since due to throwing up anything I put into my body. I will never eat at chipotle ever again.

I ordered 3 items from the Chipotle in Elmhurst Illinois on Route 83. One of the items was a burrito bowl with extra steak. It was the most disappointing item I've ever received from Chipotle. I received a bowl with a few giant fatty chunks of steak. Every time I've ever ordered steak at Chipotle, its always been chopped into clean cubes. Today I got a bowl filled with what appears to be fatty scraps that are usually thrown away, but they decided to put in my bowl. It was absolutely disgusting. The other two items I ordered, kids meal and chips/guac, were great. But I'm going to have nightmares about that steak bowl.

Placed a mobile order which was my first mistake. We would’ve been better off just coming in because it took FOREVER to get our order and it was incorrect. Missing ingredients that we paid extra for. I ordered one of their specialty lemonades and it was out. The food albeit incorrect did taste good but I would not recommend or come back.

This chipotle portion is so little . I go to other chipotle and I can’t finish the food because it a lot. I will never go at this chipotle again. None of my coworkers goes here because of the same reason. The corporate office maybe need to look in to this store. The store is very dirty too.

Every time I go my food is poorly made like I got a quesadilla chicken was over cooked and dry and the dude making must of left it in to long because the tortilla was kinda burnt and it was hard and just not good

Used to be good until about a year or two ago. Place is absolutely disgusting. Tables and floor dirty. Counters where they make the food is covered in the fixings. Got a burrito last time I was there and had to scrape quac off the tortilla as it must have been dragged through spilled quac on the uncleaned counter. I was there last night about an hour before closing. 2 employees appeared to be on brake, one guy was cleaning behind the grills and one guy running the entire line from tortillas to register. Waited 10 minutes in line while this one guy slowly worked through mobil orders. I eventually walked out and went to the one downtown which was clean and staffed. The county health inspector needs to visit this place. I question the cleanliness procedures taken by employees seeing how dirty everything is

This is, without a doubt, THE WORST Chipotle in the continental US. I do not understand how they are consistently bad, mess up orders, and skimp on EVERYTHING. Stingy doesn’t even being to get it. Don’t put a time on your order because they’ll make it whenever they feel like, best to just go in and order so you have a chance it’s either warm or ready.
Went in and this black female worker with a septum ring was extremely disrespectful, giving looks the minute I walked in. This is not the first time this worker has caught an attitude or been disrespectful when serving me either. However, she was able to laugh and be nice when talking to her male coworker 😐. Although she skimped on my bowl and kept glaring at me, the other workers were wonderful and very nice!
