Went there tonight. It was unbelievably dirty inside. Food all over several tables. Food spilled all over the floor. I was trying to order a meal and after everything I was trying to order the girl making food seemed so aggravated and kept cutting me off saying, “IS THAT IT?” I finally said I’m going to have a bigger order. She screwed it up by giving me two bags of chips when I only ordered a regular one with guacamole and an extra guacamole. If she’d stop taking to her buddies and focus on my order it probably would have been easier for her. She said my card didn’t go through- it was a business card so I needed the receipts for expense. She acted put out that I asked for the receipt and then said, “ANYWAY” - as if she didn’t want to deal with me asking a question. It was so uncalled for the behavior…then another person who may or may not be the mngr intervened and to be honest who knows what she said… I think she just said it wasn’t charged twice. she should have been more concerned about her employee acting out for no reason. I told my family I was with we will never eat here again. It’s super dirty and they treat people disrespectfully. The dumbest part to this is she gave me the wrong receipt. I’ll pray for her and hope she gets a job she can do well at one day. Host: Jacqueline.

Chipotle is okay overall. The food tastes good, but sometimes the portions are inconsistent and the line can be long. The staff was polite, but the place could be cleaner. Not bad, but not the best experience either.

This place is filthy. Trash everywhere. The food definitely isn’t safe. There’s a reason chipotle makes so many people sick.
Honestly this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. The place was pretty dirty — tables weren’t wiped down, the floor had food all over it, and it just didn’t look like anyone was really keeping up with the cleaning.
What really stood out though was the management. The employees looked stressed and confused the whole time, like they weren’t getting any direction. The line kept getting longer, orders were taking forever, and nobody in charge seemed to step in to help fix it.
The manager on duty seemed like they didn’t really care about what was going on. Instead of helping the staff or making sure things were running smoothly, they were mostly just standing around while everything got more backed up. When management isn’t paying attention, it really shows.
Overall the whole place felt disorganized and poorly run. I usually like Chipotle, but this experience definitely made me think twice about coming back.

This place is not bad at all. They were a little stingy with the beans. I acted as if I was not going to bowl and they gave me some more meat. At least they listened.

This place is an abomination. I have walked out multiple times because the food looks like it’s been out for multiple hours or they’re just out of something. Tonight I walked in and the music is blaring with no attempt to turn it down when a customer walked in. I get playing music when you’re closing up, but this was at 8:40. When I walked up to order, I was told there’s no cheese. No care about the inconvenience. No apology. This place sucks and the management should be held responsible. Infuriating to walk in and it’s a toss-up of whether the experience will be decent or not. Pathetic stuff.

First off staff was rude. One of the staff was walking around with his hat cocked to the side and his pants sagging. The girl that served my wife and I had headphones in and we had to repeat ourselves numerous times to get the order completed. Then to top it all off found a clump of hair in my burrito bowl when we got home and started eat. Not only is my appetite ruined but I have wasted money.

This is a horrible location with terrible customers service!! There were only 2 other people in front of me and I must have waited 10 minutes because the employees kept talking to each other instead of paying attention to making the food!!

I've given up on this location. It's the closest to our house but I'm driving an extra few minutes to the next one. Totally burnt qusadilla-- took it to go and had a disappointed 8-year old when I brought it home. It had to be tossed. Less sides for a kids meal than they used to (and offered at other locations). This was after being let down over and over at this location.

Ended up going there today after the gym with 2 of my friends we all agreed that the chicken tasted raw after a few hours started feeling nauseous to the point I threw up the chicken and seen it was in fact raw and also employees are a bunch of jerks
Good job to everyone who was working last Wednesday despite it being really busy they still managed to get my food and me out as fast as they could 10/10 will come back!!!

Stingy with the meat, even when you order in store. Go to the other elmhurst location.
Ok so I placed my order I ahead and I literally live like 12 minutes away and got there already like 15min later then when I placed my order and went in there my order wasn’t there they asked me what my order name was I told them and then they proceeded to just keep on going I thought they’re where making my order then they call me over again and they asked again so I told them for like 3rd time my name they then said they would I make it and I had to keep waiting and then got home grabbed my bowl I already new it was light way to light to be my bowl I got all the toppings and I opened it and literally had no toppings all I got was rice meat bean and then queso and chimichuri luckily because it would have actually been robbery at that point so it was really annoying that I wanted all that time and then I didn’t even get the bowl I ordered and then they only gave me a free drink which then expires the same day so now I have to leave my house if I want that free drink like are u kidding me this is a joke and it’s only been this chipotle last time I ordered they also where out of my meat so I had to get chicken when I payed for carne asada the price difference like I’m not one to complain but like that’s money that I payed for extra carne not chicken I will actually never order here again I would like actually recommend you order at another near by chipotle because this place just dosent do it so unless u want to deal with ur item not being done then waiting for a long time and getting the wrong item go ahead I won’t
