Cilantro Taco Grill - Elmhurst

I was so disappointed spent more than $50 2 tortas 4 tacos. They did not put any salsas so everything was so bland flavorless.. hardly any meat.. not worth it.

Customer service here is horrible and not only that but they try and overcharge salsa for tips. I bought 5 tacos and she gave me 2 salsas and tried to charge me $1.50 for each other sauce, knowing they are very small portions of salsa and the sign says 50cents . Not only was she trying to over charge me for these portions but was extremely rude and kept cutting me off to have her conversation with the cooks.

Ordered 2 tacos and 2 tamales on 5/30/24 and the overcharged me 7.80 for chips and gauc,they supposedly credited my bank account back 7.80 but that didn't happen. Paid 25 dollars and change for 2 tacos a 2 tamales.I will never go back there again.

Charged me $2.60 for a lime. At every other Mexican restaurant I've ever been to they were complimentary. Never going to this place again or any other location. Limes are 10 for a dollar at the local supermarket. Only authentic in the future not pseudo.

Fatty meet. I had to take a bunch out of my burrito not that much flavor compared to other restaurants

so bad from the food to the service. I placed my order in person and then was not only up charged by cashier but she had put in the wrong order. to fix it, she then wanted to charge me more than what was originally due. i let it go because i thought maybe there was a language barrier. she seemed pretty annoyed about the whole thing. meat from torta was cold and chile relleno taco was all sponge and literally no chile. i only didn't go back to ask for a refund because i was exhausted. annoyed and still hungry. should've just gone to portillos lol

I ordered a burrito dinner and it was so bland and flavorless I may as well have gone to Chipotle. Definitely "white people" Mexican food. Thank God for the little sauce cups they provide on the side. This is like the Mexican version of British food. The restaurant itself looks like a toilet there's only 2 tables inside.
