This location clearly needs better training support for there front staff. The poor kid taking my order has no idea what’s even on the menu. I asked for a salad where the chicken would be substituted for buffalo tenders and they told me that it wasn’t possible. When this was brought to the attention of another employee, instead of offering support to the kid they just made excuses and went about their job. Our order was also incorrect, when my mother asked for the sandwich to be plain with only cheese the employee did not remove the other toppings. THERE NEEDS TO BE A TRAINER WITH A NEW/INEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEE!!! It’s the dinner rush, and it’s easier to get an order right than fix a bunch of mistakes.

I've been frequenting this Culver's for years now. Usually a decent experience. Sometimes an 'eh' one but hey such as it goes.
Wellll tonight kinda really pissed me off. I was somehow overlooked on my takeout order and it was given to someone else .. Had me wondering why it was taking so long.
Add insult to injury the large crowd of teens had their orders. I suppose I couldn't be seen sitting right near the front with the number shown if not for the group of teens.
I do commend the manager for handling my attitude cause boy I was irritated! That was time wasted and I really hate giving up my time for nothing.
I wonder what sorts of corrective actions can the restaurant take to insure customers aren't being told their orders were given to the wrong person and wrong number too apparently.
Thanks for the refund but do better y'all 🙄

Long time review reader first review leaver. I am truly lost on this place continue to mess up my order. all this man wants is a hamburger with ketchup lettuce onion and tomato. But every, Fricken time they add cheese and mayo. The cheese makes my tummy upset and the mayo is bar far the worst food creation since the 1700s. one time shame on me two times shame on you but at this point its like time 8 and they still get it wrong. The food gets more expensive and service gets worst, what's the deal with that. I gave up on this location and I encourage you to join me.

The food is fine, but the service is bad. There’s one guy who seems incapable of having a pleasant interaction. He turns every mundane order into an argument. Exhausting to deal with and makes me not want to come here. I’d say maybe it’s a “me” problem, but it’s always the same guy.
Kennedy is great at her job, super friendly, upbeat and brings a smile to your face. Food was good but the bacon blue salad had a disproportionate amount of glue cheese.
