Cheese curds were good. Fries were good. The butter burger deluxe purchased for three people not so good. No one took more than a couple bites of each sandwich. We usually love Culvers but it taste like there was a change to the burger. Something was off.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen and the worst people in society serving the drive thru.i have a sprained ankle and I'm 7 months pregnant and they refused to give me my order because I don't have an ID. I have the order confirmation on my phone!! It's a confirmed order with Uber. Why isn't the confirmation enough. I can't walk inside because I need to stay off my feet but I need to feed myself and my kid so drive thru was essential for me but Kathy or Kathrin refused to give me my order. I seriously have to provide a doctors note to get food to prove I have an injury. Utterly disgusting customer service and the manager should be ashamed with herself. You'd think as an older lady she'd have some compassion for young pregnant injured women. Just disgusting!
