This location clearly needs better training support for there front staff. The poor kid taking my order has no idea what’s even on the menu. I asked for a salad where the chicken would be substituted for buffalo tenders and they told me that it wasn’t possible. When this was brought to the attention of another employee, instead of offering support to the kid they just made excuses and went about their job. Our order was also incorrect, when my mother asked for the sandwich...

I love the customer service and the food here! You definitely have to try the Pretzel Pub Burger — it's my personal favorite. Highly recommend for a great meal and friendly atmosphere!
