It is hit or miss. I ordered pizza at about 5:15 pm on March 2, 2023 and it's almost 6:30 pm and no pizza. Attempting to call the store to get an ETA on delivery, first call I was on hold for 15 minutes. Second attempt to call the store and approaching 10 minutes on hold.
I ordered last Thursday on February 24, 2023 and no problems. So this shows how touch and go this store/restaurant is. The hard part is they're the least expensive fast food pizza around.
I wish I could rate this trash hole zero stars. This place has never been on time with pizza and when we've called, no one at the store has a clue. However, our kids love it, so we continue to order.
NEVER AGAIN. Tonight we placed an order at 5:45pm. We watched it through the app being "prepared, cooked, & quality checked" only to then get a notification that the order was canceled FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER when it was supposedly on the way. When we called to figure out...read full review
