I will never set foot in this location again. I ordered a drink at the drive thru and used the DD app to pay. As I pulled away, I noticed that my new balance was only $5.94, which seemed low to me. I checked my order history and I was charged $9.56 for a medium cappuccino blast! I parked and went inside and talked to the manager, who was extremely rude. I don’t know what Dunkin Donuts the other reviewers went to but this DD is one of the worst I’ve ever frequented. The ONLY reason I go here is location to my work. The customer service sucks, drive thru time is horrendous and lobby hours are beyond inconsistent. I’ve literally been asked if I could go through the drive thru while I waited in line inside so they could close the lobby.
