This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had Drive thru, and the employee an Indian man, was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. His behavior was unacceptable. At other Dunkin’ locations, the service is usually great, but this one was disappointing.

Terrible service, not at all friendly and the Indian girl was uncomfortable because I asked her if she spoke Spanish, and she told me in English that I was in America and only English is spoken in a rude tone, I made the purchase and she did not give me the payment receipt and placed the order at the counter and turned his back, I will never enter this place again. I dont think this Dunkin has ever gotten my order right. And to add insult to injury, they make you park in the lot after you order and you end up sitting there 5-10 minutes

I’ve had to go inside multiple times 3. They’ add random items to your order & then when you call them out on it they refund you in cash. makes you wonder…

Normally I like dunkin' donuts I love their coffee but these Indians behind the counter very ignorant could not speak a lick of English I was in there for 15 minutes damn there where to get a Long John and a cup of coffee would you believe this I kept telling the one man can I have my Long John please he told me in broken English I could hardly make out what he was saying I only make sandwiches and I quote. I went up to the counter and I said give me my damn money back I don't want the damn donut or the damn coffee you people are too rude and ignorant ?
