How hard is it to get a coffee order correct? Literally word for word with simplicity. NO cream or sugar means NO cream or sugar! You are in a business with food and drink and customer service. You need to look the customer in the face, open your ears and listen to their orders and input it correctly into the computer/register. If the people in the back can’t read and follow directions then they should not be working in a customer base business where orders are made.

I came by today around 1:57pm. I ALWAYS come to this location because you guys still do the Medium Coffee for $2 from 2pm-6pm. Unfortunately, today the lady that was taking orders through the drive-thru told me I couldn’t order my coffee with the deal because it was exactly 2pm yet. I told her I was aware of what the time was but there was so many cars in front of me, by the time I got to the window it was going to be 2pm! She still refused to take my order so I waited behind the 2 cars in front of me. When it was my turn at the window she started to argue with me saying how it’s 1:59 and 31 seconds! When she said that I lost it, she was looking for a reaction! After she was done arguing with me she finally asked me what I wanted to order!!! I’ve actually came into this store before and seen a customer order right at 1:50pm for the $2 coffee deal! So I don’t know why it was so hard to place my order when it was on 2 minutes until 2pm. UNBELIEVABLE & RUDE!! If I could give 0/10 stars I would!

Came on a Sunday at noon and I have to say - this Dunkin’ is the only one in the area that knows what it’s doing! Our munchkins were fresh, soft and delicious.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had Drive thru, and the employee an Indian man, was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. His behavior was unacceptable. At other Dunkin’ locations, the service is usually great, but this one was disappointing.

Terrible service, not at all friendly and the Indian girl was uncomfortable because I asked her if she spoke Spanish, and she told me in English that I was in America and only English is spoken in a rude tone, I made the purchase and she did not give me the payment receipt and placed the order at the counter and turned his back, I will never enter this place again. I dont think this Dunkin has ever gotten my order right. And to add insult to injury, they make you park in the lot after you order and you end up sitting there 5-10 minutes
