I go here everyday due to convenience of the location, but that stops today. I would say my order is correct or good 5 out of 10 visits. I just ordered a simple large coffee this morning and got someone else's loaded with other ingredients. They burn my food, give me the wrong bagel. I will drive to the one in Bensenville from now on!

Change ur brand name or order more products so u don't sell out pretty simple it's honestly sad how alot of locations have this issue!! Imma talk to some higher ups and try and fix this cause this isn't the first time for me or my girlfriend.
If u have this problem demand a gift card with cash on it or they have to satisfy as customer service you have to satisfy customers and if you don't imma laugh wh3n so many companies have this issue I hope people see this and take action cause there's alot of locations that struggle.
These locations I'll be talking to store manager or supervisor for my horrible times that I've lost money because of their horrible employees saying I vsnt get nothing for what I ordered online 😑..

They are absolutely terrible. Every time I have gotten coffee there and it’s something simple on their menu not even built. They always mess it up. They can never get anything right. Always offer free drinks but when you’re on your way to work you don’t have time for their laziness. I absolutely hate this place and refuse to go here. They always mess up !!!!!

This location is poorly managed. Last time I went there the door was locked during normal business hours because they couldn’t handle the inside and drive up at the same time. This time they were out of most of their doughnuts at 10:30 am on a Saturday and they managed to burn a wake up wrap.

Just got a blue raspberry Coolata and it tasted horrible... zero flavor. This location never gets anything right. I quit going to this location but decided to try again today. Safe to say, never again. Employees were too busy horseplaying instead of working. A medium Coolata and 2 doughnuts should not have taken 16 min. I would've asked for my money back if I would've tasted it before I got back to work. Lesson learned.

I have to say, I have work for Dunkin in the past skokie,and I have been going to a few different locations,but this is the only one I like ,they make my French vanilla ice latte they way I like it ,it is a clean place, people are welcoming and service is quick,they serve you with a smile ,I love this place this is now the only Dunkin I go to, in Elmhurst, I've been to Des plaines and Rosemont but Elmhurst on York street is over all the best one
