I’m honestly really disappointed with this Dunkin lately. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large iced coffee, but they handed me a medium instead. I told them, and they swapped it out. But when I got the large, it was almost completely filled with ice. It seriously felt like they just poured the medium into a large cup and topped it off with ice to make it look full. The quality here has gone way downhill, and it’s frustrating because I used to love stopping by.

This is the Dunkin by my house and we go to regularly. For the most part we like the staff and the service. Lately I've been getting the loaded hash browns. Today I got em and ate 1. The cheese was cold, the hash browns were cold and soggy and barley any bacon for $4. I obviously went back and waited for a new one that was hot but had almost no cheese.

Order was given correctly ,yet got my entire order wrong when received in the drive thru ,my ice coffee was basically milk and ice , to top it off I wasted my points . Wasted my money and time going here .Workers had an attitude from the beginning to the end .Skip this place and go to your next dunkin .

Went there for ice cream. 2 scoops of butter peacan. Boss was scooping and did smaller scoops. So was a little over 1 scoop but paid for two. Just disappointed 😔. Not worth it anymore with these bosses cutting corners and blaming it on everything else but their own cheap skate attitude.

Good morning..first off the service was very slow customers were leaving finally the customers in front of me decided to leave I step up start placing my order when the customers in front of me turned around came back and decided to order instead of the gentleman fixing my order I was put off to the side and that is very disrespectful so I turned around and left....not good at all just for a cup of coffee ☕

Customer service sucks kid with headphones on didn’t ask me anything standing in front at the cash register for 10 minutes straight got no customer Service He was standing there looking stupid he should be fired ASAP there’s other people that wants to work with a smile on your face

I go here everyday due to convenience of the location, but that stops today. I would say my order is correct or good 5 out of 10 visits. I just ordered a simple large coffee this morning and got someone else's loaded with other ingredients. They burn my food, give me the wrong bagel. I will drive to the one in Bensenville from now on!
