i wish i could put a zero star review today i ordered a tea and i called the place multiple times n every single time they declined my call when all i wanted was for them to put some honey in the bag and i could see if they were busy but they obviously werent because not only was it 5 oclock in the afternoon but they had the time to DECLINE my call this is the WORST dunkin i have ever had or ordered anything from!!!

Efficient and busy staff and reliable donuts and coffee but very cramped storefront. Plenty of parking next to the Jewel store.

Had a very nice experience here! The service was amazing, very nice bald young man working got my food and coffee very quickly and was quite helpful, will probably go again soon!

Customer service could be better & more efficient…
Not great for dining in!! The place gets pretty filled up if folks are waiting for their food after ordering…

Worst service ever! The slowest crue ever!
They've been nice, very kind so far, as they were now, but it's not worth it when they're always late very much, so I'm always late for work because of them. How far in advance should I order through the app?!?

They keep people who don't know how to make coffee and then there is no difference between walk in or order ahead!

I ordered through the app well in advance, and EVERYONE who CAME AFTER me to order on the spot OR those who ORDERED through the app AFTER me (according to the times seen on the labels) were served BEFORE ME. ALL OF!

Coffee and plain bagel! Ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving at the location, I waited on site for an additional 25 minutes!!! Because only one person out of three, according to that person, knows how to make coffee. And that person, instead of making coffee, takes orders from walk-in customers!?!?!

The old management was not that professionals but friendly with good workers. Sorry but now new management hires UNDOCUMENTED( illegals) people like Krishna guy with big hair also working in other locations of the Owner old Gentleman . They prefer their Indian people specifically Gujratis with funny English. You never see Others than Indians. Someone should honestly look over it.

This location is under new management. I don't usually write reviews. The employees are kind, attentive, and fast. My croissant and donut were great, and the coffee hit the spot. 10/10 will come back.

just love everything about DD

Quick easy coffee. Friendly staff.

The only reason why I didn't like my food is because they are chorizo is incredibly horrible but I ordered through the app and they gave me an option to pick it up inside the store and they had a little table about 2 ft away from the door and I simply looked at the receipt sticked on the bag and it had my name grabbed it and got out, I feel like for people that don't like interactions that's a pretty good way of going by so I'll give them that but I recommend to stay away from the chorizo.

Parking: It's in a plaza so even if the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot is occupied you can still Park in other places and still be within walking distances of the Dunkin' Donuts
