I had another amazing experience at Egg Harbor today! Our waitress, Bethany, was absolutely fantastic—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and cozy, which makes the dining experience even better. As usual, the food was delicious and served quickly. If you're looking for great service and tasty meals, I highly recommend them.

Don’t get Beth for a server she feels it’s ok to insult customers. I visit here regularly and have never had an incident but today I was not only insulted but ridiculed by Beth. When I brought it to management attention was told I’ll talk to her and she walked away as if it didn’t matter. Totally unacceptable…..

Reyna did a great job punching my order for the Aztec omelette into her hand held device. Coffee was served at a drinkable temperature, with plenty to spare. The Lake Michigan water in the Chicago area is some of the best in the world. Plenty of jalapeño and chorizo in the omelette. They have a very berry spread for the English muffins with a nicely sautéed melody of potato and onions.

Newly remodeled interior is nice. Breakfast is great with a number of good choices on the menu. Place is a bit pricey, but well worth the trip.
I was on a business trip to Naperville, IL I tried this location for breakfast
Service was excellent; the hashbrowns must have been straight from the refrigerator. Waffle house has great hashbrown.

I had a great experience, until I got someone else’s order. I told the waitress and asked for a discount since they made a mistake and I came with two little kids and had to wait extra to have food remade. Unfortunately no discount or anything. I expected a little more from the place since they serve delicious food. Too bad they don’t acknowledge their mistakes.

A beautiful lifesaver after fasting for a tedious blood work at the clinic. The server was patient and nice, delicate and caring . Tasty freshness in the salad and nice flavored coffee, neutral not too acidic taste. I loved the style of the plate and the coffee cup ?

Please teach your staff to communicate and to check the bags to make sure everything is in it for online ordering. Missed a couple things on large order and was told the rest of the order was made, but left out of the bag and it would be ready to get picked up. When I arrived to let them know of the rest of my missing order, the lady looked confused walking back and forth looking for it. Finally found the order in the back and gave it to me. First time coming to Elmhurst in years, will stick to another location moving forward.
