I was shocked at how authentic tasting the food was! The Roman pizza reminded me of my family's home cooking. The tiramisu was one of the best I've ever had. The manager of the Geneva location and serving staff are all extraordinary!

I went to Ella’s Italian Pub for lunch, and overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. Right off the bat, the Coke was flat—no syrup, no fizz, just not good. I love a good Coke, so that was a letdown.

The service was the real issue, though. I went during lunch, and you’d expect faster service since most people are there on their lunch break, but it was painfully slow. It was frustrating how long everything took, especially when you’re trying to get in and out quickly.

I ordered the lunch special, which came with a salad and two pizzas. The salad was actually pretty good, with a nice vinaigrette, so no complaints there. But the pizzas—both the margherita and the white ricotta—were undercooked. They had potential, but I didn’t even have time to send them back, which made it even more annoying.

The restaurant has a decent amount of seating, and the ambiance was fine, nothing special. But after the slow service and undercooked food, I don’t think I’ll be going back. It just wasn’t worth it for me.

I love this place! The pizza is very unique, more of a Detroit style bakery pie. It’s delicious. The salads and risotto are always great options. Wine and cocktail list are on point.

Amazing addition to the downtown Elmhurst restaurant scene. Their detroit style pizza is fantastic. Their app menu is abundant, diverse, and well thought out. Really the whole menu hits, for us. We've dined in with our kids 7-8x since they opened and have never had any but a great experience. ?

They took my money when I canceled my delivery online they took my money and the food was horrible!!!! Never ordering again!!!!!!

Sat down at 8:05 p.m. outside 2 other tables already served. No server showed up. Busser walked around twice, no acknowledgement of us sitting there. So much for date night at this place. Forgot to mention we just walked away after 15 minutes of none showing up to take an order.

Ella’s Italian Pub offers a fantastic dining experience, whether you’re inside enjoying the cozy atmosphere or outside on their lovely patio. The vibe is chill, and the food is absolutely fantastic. The service was attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. I have to mention their pizza—it’s so good! If you’re looking for a great Italian restaurant, this is definitely a great place to go!
