Been here a few times and has always been very good. Prices are a little high but not for as enjoyable as the food and wine were.

Francesca's is always a wonderful experience. They have amazing waitstaff and the food never misses. It's one of our favorites!

We sat at a table at the bar. Both had fish entrées. Fresh and delicious. Also had a great tiramisu! We have been going to Francesca‘s in Elmhurst for over 30 years. Very friendly staff.

We actually left another restaurant because it was so loud and came here instead. Food was excellent - I had the whitefish and husband and spaghetti Bolognese. We shared the Francesca's salad - half was still very big. Service was good.

Stellar service, and top-notch food. My husband had the flounder and I had the salmon. Both dishes were unique and flavorful. And the bread was delicious too!!

Francesca Amici consistently meets our expectations but this lunch meal was exceptional. The calamari appetizer was fried to perfection and the bruschetta with spinach and fresh mozzarella was sprinkled with a delicious oil/balsamic glaze. The Italian chopped salad was very fresh (didn't have that "bagged" lettuce taste or limp consistency). And the entrees of lasagna and rigatoni vodka did not disappoint either. We ended the meal with some gelato filled profiteroles, the shells were freshly made and the gelato tasted homemade...so good! The service, as always, was excellent, the servers very attentive but not obtrusive. Highly recommend Francesca Amici!!

Overall, very nice experience. Super friendly staff, quick service, exceptional cocktails and great food. Great place for special dinners, group celebrations or a happy hour at the bar (super nice atmosphere with a view of downtown Elmhurst).

On the spur of the moment I chose Francesca Amici to meet my daughter for dinner. The restaurant offered outdoor dining that was attractively decorated with potted plants. Inside, the restaurant was cool and inviting. I was able to take in the atmosphere while waiting for my daughter. I was promptly presented with menus and a list of the specials. I ordered a refreshing lemoncello cocktail and was serve warm bread. The menu was well rounded and we order a beet appetizer, chopped Italian salad and roasted rosemary chicken. For dessert we order the blueberry crumble with vanilla gelato ice cream. It was a wonderful meal.

Gave ambiance a very good, only because there was a table of 2 couples next to us who were WAY too loud with schrill voices. Not the restaurant's fault, but the fact remains it did effect our experience. We already ordered our appetizer so it was a little difficult to move or ask the table to quiet down. If we get a similar experience there again, we may have to be more discerning when seated.

I've been to the restaurant many times and I must say that this time I was totally disappointed. I was there to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation. The waitress walked up to our table and started by saying they're very understaffed today and they're out of many things on the menu. of course two of the entrées that we wanted were not available and the service was so slow. We had to remind the waitress several times about drinks that we ordered. I would've thought that the restaurant would've offered something for the inconvenience like maybe a free appetizer or a free dessert but was not the case.

Everything looked great and the service was wonderful. The food was just ok. Our bill from two people and two drinks was over $200. The food was not all that great

The “director of first impressions” or guy managing the floor was the rudest individual I have encountered in a semi fine dining restaurant. Scott Harris should personally fire him. Other locations are great but this guy single handedly ruins Elmhurst. New GM needs to get it under control.
