Good food and drinks. Everything was great except the price. I spend like 45$ on two combos

Sandwiches and tenders were overdone and dry. From past reviews this appears to happen often at this location, even though management replies with promises to address the issue.

i love fry the coop! by far the best chicken sandwich i’ve ever had. i would choose their spicy honey butter sandwich as my last meal. their seasoned fries are fire. the new smack wraps are delicious and satisfy my craving for a yummy ranch wrap. if you are looking for juicy, tasty, flavorful chicken then come to fry the coop.

I’ve been here a few times and the quality is very inconsistent. The amount of times I’ve had an over cooked chicken sandwhich pains me, especially given my commute to this location. Portion sizes are good, but when you see insta ads of an oozing honey butter sandwhich then order it IRL and it comes with a squirt of sauce… food can even catfish you on insta. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather go to chick fila, almost a $20 overcooked chicken sandwhich with seasoned fries… really tough ask, I’m good

Never had issues with workers, they are polite and accommodating, sometimes i notice there is excess food crumbs on the tables, nothing a napkin can’t wipe away but probably should wipe stuff down

Beef tallow fried, ranch on the side, cheese melt American, lettuce inside, one bite in and I’m stuck in my ride, Fry The Coop Ranch Wrap got me lost in the vibe

Wonderful experience!! I wish we could have uploaded pictures of our meals but the food was eating up much faster than expected. we picked up for take out, we live 10-15 mins Away. Upon arriving home surprisingly the food was still fresh and extremely enjoyable, not something we've experienced at other establishments. For being our first time here it was a pleasure and we look forward to returning and dining in.

- been here a few times. Ive gotten the chicken n cheese sandwich and the 3 tender plate.
- Sandwiches are solid, a bit on the pricier side.
- However the tender plate, the chicken i got was dry might be because the tenders are too big they dry out in the frying proccess.
- Plenty of side sauces, the workers there are incredibly friendly.
- Atmosphere is alright, sometimes the tables arent clean and i need to clean it myself tho.
- Pretty solid all around, would be a lot better if it wasnt 20$ for a small meal.

Update, after having gone here more times, this place deserves more recognition, every time i go the morning crew is so bright and full of energy, they have a great atmosphere to the place, food is always good, would recommend others to go check this place out

Go back to the old donuts 😭😭🙏🙏
We've been coming here for years, but somewhere in the last few months something changed. The sandwiches aren't as wet and juicy, ANDDDD they need to go back to the original donuts. Usually when I eat here I stuff my self to the point of discomfort. Today I took half my donut sandwich home in a to go box.

We love eating here,and will def be back. Hoping for the old donuts. THEY WERE ALWAYS PERFECT!!!

Good foot

This is our go to spot at the office for an indulgence in a guilty pleasure (for me). It is hard not to eat more than I should because the food is just SO good. I haven’t had a bad anything from there. If it’s your first time, you have to start with the Original sandwich, I would also get the hand cut fry’s. The HOT is a good temp to start with if you like a little kick, but it’s not too bad. Medium has barely much heat and wouldn’t go less than that.
Honestly, I couldn’t figure why their chicken was so good until I learned from their news letter, that all of their food is fried in beef tallow as well as the history of beef tallow, thank you news letter! It made total sense. I love to take ppl here that have not been here before. I love to wait and listen until they are a few bites and come back with a surprising remark of “damn, this chicken is SO good”. It’s a messy sandwich, but there is no denying that they make an amazing product. IF you are really wanting to indulge the DONUT is dangerously good! If they were looking into franchise Fry the Coop, I would buy into one, it’s that consistently good with a nice variety of options.
Now from a marketing perspective, BRANDING could use some work. Love the name! The trend now is beef tallow as ppl realize A. It making the difference in taste and it’s healthier than traditional vegetable/canola oil etc.
They need branded t-shirts as people find this gem and would look for a location that is is a more trendy area, possibly Rosemont with all of it traffic of tourists, just to expose the brand to as many people around the world. T-Shirts? Where are they? A greatly missed opportunity of some fun t-shirts.
The UI of their manual ordering system needs some work. I would look at Torchy Tacos out of Austin, TX.and what they have done. I think this place could be the Nashville Fried Chicken of the taco world. Their food WILL leave you satisfied and wanting more! Promise!

Food freaking awesome sauce, my sisters bf devoured one of the sandwiches in one minute definitely recommend. My bf adores this place too, snuck it into a movie theater once it’s that’s good
