The food is okay but isn’t the best

Very rarely do I ever knock a place for a bad experience because everybody has one of those days. However, everything about this place every step of the way was just terrible. The moment we walked in the door they told us that if we wanted to be seated we had to leave by 7pm. It was 5. Never experienced that anywhere.

We got seated and we didn't get a server for almost 20 minutes. Because we were pressed for time, we skipped appetizers and just ordered entrees. The drinks were terrible. The presentation was on point but they just tasted like garbage.

There's nothing on the menu that takes over an hour and ten minutes to make. That's how long we waited. Then when we got served, every damn dish that was served was cold. How does that happen???

When served the short rib gnocchi, it was literally 6 pieces of gnocchi with a little chunk of short rib and no sauce. In what world is that an entree? 3 people ordered the chicken piccata. It was supposed to be served over pasta. It came with no pasta and was prepared more like chicken limone with artichokes. The pizza would've been good if it were hot and actually had all the ingredients on it that were described on the menu.

Never again. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They were making my pizza for 40 minutes, didn’t add extra topping as I asked. In the middle of the pizza is a burnt hole. Half pizza is missing cheese. They did refund and no apologies… no second chance for this place.

Logan was the best server! He was running around with a lot of tables and I felt like the service was great. He recommended some food plates and we tried it and it was an amazing choice. Great place to have a date night. Can't wait to go back and try their pizza.

Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect for a date night out with my wife. They had some soft late 90s early 00s music playing which we both enjoyed. The service was great with perfect timing on refills and food service. 5 stars all around.

I am very disappointed. I ordered take out from this location yesterday and I got the short rib gnocchi. The serving size was awful and should not be $27 for a short rib and only 10 pieces of gnocchi if that. Will never be getting take out from here again with their portion sizes and it was cold even though I picked it up at the scheduled time.

11/10/24 Single dad of a 1yr old girl. Came in with 14 people to celebrate a birthday. Food good. Service good. Went to change my daughter. No changing table in the men’s room. When approached manager on duty to ask about solutions I felt blown off. I was literally left with no answer or helpful solution. So much so I instead approached two different servers to ask about this issue. I asked if I was the first dad to come in needing to change his baby. Both servers recalled at least twice where this has happened before. They both said they told their boss like they felt they should. And the one said it was about three months ago the last time it happened. So it’s completely evident that either the boss isn’t listening to the servers or MOD’s, OR the boss/owner just simply doesn’t care, but there’s been SUBSTANTIAL time to fix this issue.

Either way 500 bucks to take my daughter home in her soiled diaper sounds like you don’t want my business back. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing in the kitchen because the experience is being tainted over a changing table that costs literal peanuts in the whole model of your business

Oh, andI’m pretty sure it’s required by law to be installed so both men and women can access the table. Actually it’s TOTALLY the law in Illinois. You can’t have it in the women’s bathroom I’m literally leaving this google review page and filing a complaint with the health department of Elmhurst. This is COMPLETELY wrong I was made to feel this way and COMPLETELY wrong that you do this to patrons of YOUR business and their CHILDREN. Save your money if you’re a parent, especially a single dad trying his best to be there for his daughter. Completely wrong gia Mia. You sure did take my money though huh. Unbelievable.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. No accessible changing table.

First off parking infront of the building is a little tough as it’s street parking but you can park across the street in the parking lot.

Secondly, the place outside and on the inside is super cute. It’s very elegant inside when you walk in with pretty lights. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

We ordered a variety of meals. They were all so delicious but I think the dessert was my favorite. The vanilla gelato and tiramisu was the best I’ve had.

We will definitely be coming back.
