Very good burger. Not quite a smash burger but not a big thick patty either. Chocolate shake was very good. Old school drive up style place.

Hamburger Heaven has always been good to me. From the juicy cheeseburgers to the classic grilled cheese and refreshing ice cream, everything always hits the spot. One of my favorite moments was when the staff suggested adding bacon to my grilled cheese—total game changer! I’ll never go back to a plain sandwich again.
I also love that I recognize the cook—it adds a personal touch and gives me confidence that my food will be cooked to perfection every time. The staff is always kind, smiling, and welcoming, which makes each visit even better.
Thanks for making every meal memorable and delicious!

I ordered the bacon burger with cheddar cheese and no lettuce. The burger tasted like it came from a box or maybe one of the 1/3 lb sleeves from Costco. Given the old school roadside look, I expected a handmade patty.
I liked the soft brioche bun after the first few bites. I thought it was steamed, but it got rubbery towards the end which suggests that it may have been microwaved.
Their special sauce of mayo, mustard, and relish was a unique addition to the bottom of the burger.
The sack of fries for $4.99 is large enough to share. The fries were fresh crinkle cut, but they tasted like frozen fries that came out of a food service bag. I would have expected hand cut fries from a classic hamburger place..
The signs say they have been open since 1948. I am sure many of the people who come to HH return for the sentimental value as they have been open nearly 80 years. Sometime since then they began taking the shortcut, preparing burgers from a box and fries from the freezer.
If you are coming here for the first time, you should go to a local bar or someplace that makes handmade burgers. Even Culver's up the street would be a better value than the almost $20 that I paid for a Costco-quality burger and fries.
As I write this review in the parking lot, I saw three or four groups of people return to their vehicles with ice cream or milkshakes. Maybe this is a dessert place that also sells burgers. I will try a shake next time!

The burgers and ice cream are really good. My go to is the big bacon cheeseburger with a large twist cone. The fries are great and you get a lot of them. One bag is usually enough for two people. Just keep in mind there is no indoor seating and they don’t have heat lamps.

Stopped as I was passing by. Retro look. Easy and fast service. Ordered the small burger, onion rings and root beer. Burger was ok. There special sauce they put on it makes the burger. Other than that it is an average to below average burger. Onion rings were not great. Root Beer is ok. Definitely a mild Root Beer. I would get the Root Beer again.
