By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend went in for a pick up and it was not ready yet but why are the employees just standing around chit chatting when a customer is waiting right in front of them. One of them said “you know he’s waiting on an order right?” And another employee said “oh really I thought he waiting for a free sandwich!” Not only were they not paying attention but they messed up both of the sandwiches they took their time making. I didn’t bother going back it’s a waste of time. Teach your employees to do their jobs.

Loyal customer for many years, as it seems every worker is a past York student of mine. Great service but the Roast Beef has been horrible the past 2 visits, inedible. Great place otherwise!

As always, food was great. Staff seemed like all family members and didn’t move with any urgency but got the food made. Parking is always a pain as most all mikes are in strip malls. Place was clean.

I love this location and sandwiches, but recently noticed their usage of thermal printed receipts. These are full of toxic BPS/BPA, yet they shuffle them around prep area, place them on top of food, etc.
Bisphenols are known to be hormone-disrupting, and here you're not even absorbing them through skin, but directly eating them. Just Google this and see for yourself.
I hope they change their process to take receipts and toxic chemicals away from the food preparation... no need for this to be happening.
