The past 4 times that I have gone they have made my sandwich incorrect. I was fine the first few times but after the 3rd time I have gotten fed up and refuse to go back. Horrible listening skills please learn how to make a sandwich.

Avoid avoid avoid. I have been to this Jimmy Johnâs many times over the years. Lately theyâve had a hard decline in their quality of service. My last 2 orders have taken over an hour to deliver. My most recent one my husband called and was hung up on. Then I called and they answered the call with a âhelloâ like it was a cellphone. I think they knew we were not happy and hoped we would hang up or something thinking it was the wrong number. The app said our order was out for delivery for the last 40+ minutes and they said it was delivered to the wrong address. If that were the case why wouldnât the app reflect it was ever delivered - even at said wrong address? I got a refund and ordered Chic Fil A for my daughter instead. Going to the Jimmy Johnâs on North & Rowhling or Lombard from now on. What a shame.

They took 40 minutes for an order I put in online, sandwich was poorly made and wasnât how I order it, a customer before me yelled at one of the workers for not changing his gloves after dealing money to making sandwiches. Workers were really slow and lazy.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. AVOID this Jimmy John's at all costs. The store is supposed to be open until 9:00. I arrived a few minutes past 8:00. Lights were on. I went in and a rude staff member said we closed at 8:00. No hi, welcome, sorry for any inconvenience. Why even post hours if your employees just decide when they want to close? I'm not the only one who had this experience. You have been warned. Not going back, wouldn't reccomend and I don't know how this location stays in business with such ignorant staff. The 1 star reviews are on point.

The sandwich had been prepared decent. But the staff are rude. Management needs to rehire staff so they can change the negative reviews at this location. The owner of this JJ apparently doesn't care about the reputation of the JJ location....
The food is fine but the staff is not. There are usually 1-2 people working. The store is SO SLOW. ALWAYS slow, and when you order it feels as though the staff do not care and are being forced to make your order. When I had my food delivered last month, to try it out, I came out to greet the man at the door. It reeked of marijuana, the bag and food smelled HORRIBLE.

Rude staff, almost feel like my business is an inconvenience. And if you ask for a $13 sub to made a certain way (no lettuce) they look at you dumbfounded. Unfortunately, this Jimmy John's is the closest to me and my family enjoys it but it kills me to come to this particular location.
