I ordered a Vito 5 I got a just cheese and no meat lt Was gross The people working there were all to busy goofing around I’ve been there 3or 4 times all orders have been wrong My sandwich went in GARBAGE

Jimmy John’s donated a lot of food for a community Event for us they are wonderful. We are so grateful. I highly recommend them. The food was great and the workers are amazing.
Not so freaky fast. We placed an online order and almost an hour later it still hadn’t shown up. No call, no notification of if it’s out for delivery, nothing. We attempted to call to see what was going on and they picked up and hung up on us right away. We wanted to order it online because the location is awful to get in and out of, so we thought it was a good work around. I’d rather deal with getting in and out of the bad location than not have any food that I already paid for.

I did a online pick up and once I got back to work to eat. to my surprise my sandwich only had 3 pieces of turkey on it, so honestly at that point it was just bread. Do better 👍

Location closes at 8 and they are fully packed up and seem ready to get out of there by 7:30, online it says 9, workers say they are aware of that but no change is made? No notice is posted either?
