i have noticed that a lot of these workers come into work while being sick. they are coughing and sneezing all over the store. do not recommend. STAY HOME WHEN SICK!!!!

I called the place to make an order and when the guy pickup the phone I asked how are you then I want to make an order and the guy was so rude and hung up on me . I called again and he answered and said suck my... and hung up on me again.
Dont buy from this location . Be aware.

You don’t expect much from JJ. It’s fast and run by teenagers. They made my 3 sandwiches and the girl with AirPods in and a visor says my order is ready. Sandwiches just sprawled on the counter. I noticed she had just bagged the order before mine. I’m the only black guy in here. I say could I get them in a bag. She taps the stack of bags and basically tells me to bag my own stuff. I bag my sandwiches and no one says a word.
I usually go to Alpine bc their sandwiches are WAY better but this is close to the house so I figured why not. Needless to say, last time going to this JJ. Alpine in Westchester should have gotten my business. Always get the service appreciative of my money there. I don’t even do reviews but wanted to take the time immediately after that experience.

They gave me a sandwich which I ask that they cut in half. When I went back to the counter, they kept taking other customers making me wait when it was their mistake. I did get a little loud because I felt ignored. I will not return there.

They acted like my mere presence offended them, and they literally just threw the sandwich at the table and whispered the number and walked away. The whole time I was in there, I just wanted to leave, but I had already paid. I should have known by the way they greeted me that this wasn't a friendly place

I’m a truck driver so I Ordered through the app on 4-25 then after ordering because I forgot to put contact when arrive told whoever answered the phone if they collect the driver know to contact me when they arrive and said they will contact you if they can’t find. A 1hr 45 minutes later. get a call from the store telling me they dropped off my food somewhere else. And I should go find it. couldn’t find food asked for a refund and they hung up on me.

The person who took my order was rude. The person who made my sandwich was rude. The guy who took my order typed in what I wanted it on my sandwich wrong. So when the gentleman that was making sandwiches gave me food it was wrong . I politely said no tomato because I saw there was tomato on there when he was wrapping it. He went on to tell me that was what you ordered ma’am at the beginning. Not an “I’m sorry, I’ll fix it”. Send the person who took my order came back over we had dialogue. He apologized, saying that was his fault . But they had to go through the whole thing to make sure that the order was wrong before they just believed me. And it was only a tomato. No polite customer service and everyone was extremely rude.

First, it is rare that they get an order right. Meaning, if I come in here for three sandwiches, at least one is going to be wrong, every time.Second, the service is by far some of the worst fast food service and definitely the worst Jimmy John’s service I’ve ever experienced over multiple visits. That’s why I try not to come to the place. At other Jimmy John’s stores, they greet you you can chitchat with them. Here, you try to be friendly to these people, and they literally just stare at you and don’t respond. They ignore you if you’re standing at the register you have to get their attention. Unbelievable.When you’re standing at the counter, the person behind the register just glares at you. No greeting no hello and they have a look on your face like you’re a jerk, when you say hello to them first. They barely seem to be paying attention to what you’re ordering, which probably explains why the orders are usually wrong.Then, when you get your sandwiches in your order, they don’t bag them up for you. You literally have to ask for bags and bag your own multi sandwich order up yourself. They don’t give you napkins so you have to request napkins. They just slide the sandwiches over to you across the counter and say here’s your order and walk away.The store screams poorly run no training no standard for customer friendliness. It is a garbage sandwich shop for that reason and I try to avoid it as much as possible. The young people working there are not being coached or taught or mentored on how to take care of customers.Go to a different location even if you have to drive a little bit out of your way.

This store has the absolute best service I've had ANYWHERE!! From management to delivery these guys and gals provide STELLAR service. Fast, courteous and friendly. They ALL need raises.

The sandwich is a sandwich, you can’t really mess it up.The staff needs training on how to interact with customers. The two workers I interacted with needed some help with Eye contact, voice projections and speaking clearly. They weren’t rude, but basic wait skills were lacking.The restaurant was just mopped and smelled horribly of mildew. HORRIBLE

Very satisfied with my experience. The female team member with pink-dyed hair and arm tattoos was genuinely kind and treated my family and me very well. She was eager to offer me anything I might want on the menu. She was working hard all over the place between service and keeping busy in what seemed like a slow evening. And she gave us excess bread so it wouldn’t go to waste. Jimmy John’s: please invest in her and she will make you a lot of money.
