Ordered online to pick up when i got home no sauces for what i ordered, eating these chickens dry. So disappointing. I got no chance to look inside cuz i trust them and we are on a rush.

received 6 pieces of burnt dry chicken had to be day old got nuggets they where as tough as wood last time i was there they got my order wrong

8pc promo on Tuesdays, I didnt know that. I get here - they have no chicken and theyre not gonna have more?! Manager hears the 2 different customers up front not understanding why they cant get chicken at 7:15pm on a Tuesday night and has the cook stay late to make more. Was a bit of a wait but hey, management did the right thing. At least they tried and for that they get a good review

I ordered from them to be delivered to a motel room. The food was cold, they didn’t send any utensils and when I called then the guy on the phone was rude and told me I would have to drive to the store to get my own utensils.

Not only was my food, fresh and hot and ready very quickly but the employee DANIEL was very helpful and knowledgeable of not just the menu but the hospitality was on point and I would like to say thank you because that's very hard to find nowadays.
Employees were very rude and when I called them out on their rudeness they gave me food that looked like it was meant for the garbage can. Biscuits were all torn up and the chicken looked deformed. Good thing I looked inside the box and saw what they gave me before I drove away from the drive-through window. I only stopped here because I was getting my car worked on at the dealership down the street but now I know to never eat here again

Went to KFC tonight for nuggets and fries. Instead they gave me 5 tenders 2 looked undercooked and the other two had been sitting for a while the 5th was fine.. trying to call to speak to a manager and they turn the phone off; how unprofessional; I definitely will not be returning

Unbelievable. Where do I start? The counter person was either half asleep or high. Very lethargic. As far as the food order. Ridiculous, ordered large bucket extra crispy. Was told by sleepy boy they don’t have extra crispy right now in all pieces so he’ll substitute original recipe. Not completely happy with that but ok we accepted his terms. Got the order home and was completely disappointed with the horrible quality of this order. When you spend $30-$40 dollars you expect at a minimum degree of quality. Absolutely not. Small dry overcooked slop. We live here in Elmhurst and prefer for shop and order locally. Never again at this place. My concerns will also be forwarded to KFC corporate.

This place has awesome people working the staff is friendly and fast the only reason i dont leave a 5 star is there could be times where they run out of chicken and you have to wait until next batch
