Extremely disappointing experience at this KFC. The integrity of the food was unacceptable. Several pieces of chicken looked as if they had already been eaten, while other pieces were poor quality, deformed, and clearly not up to standard. To make matters worse, there was lint/hair attached to the food, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. When I raised this issue, the manager was rude and dismissive. Customer service was no help at all and only offered a partial refund, despite the seriousness of the problem. There was no apology or genuine attempt to resolve the situation. This experience has completely put me off. I expect far better food quality, hygiene, and customer service from a major chain like KFC. I would not recommend Elmhurst store ran by Zelisa Alexander.

I ordered 8 pcs of the original recipe family meal, with 2 large coleslaw and 4 biscuits. However, we found that a box of 4 biscuits was missing, so my dinner was ruined. Additionally, we ordered the original recipe, but we were confused about the chicken between original and extra crispy because it tasted close to crispy. I have never tasted that crispy at KFC for my whole life.

Went to eat while driving home. Wanted to eat inside and I arrived at 8:13pm. Doors to dining room was locked and a worker was sweeping dinning room. There were 2 tables inside either customers. So went thru drive-thru. Same worker that was sweeping took my money and gave me the food with no greetings, smile, or thank you.

After not having KFC in months and really craving it waisted my money on a 12pc family meal. Wedges were hard as a rock and the chicken was so stale and hard. Very disappointing and a waiste. Please do not go here! Unacceptable
What the hell happened to the pie bites?!? They taste like they came from jewel and the expired ones. They weren't warmed up like they used to, hard as rock, tastes like fake filing. How do yall not warm them up like before!! Disgusting!! I want my money back. All i came for was 20 mini pies and it was such a waste. I should've just got the donuts from taco bell. Yall should be ashamed for selling those pie bites!

Food ordered at 10am when the store opened. Yet received cold, burnt, inedible food. You would think that since they had just opened the food would be fresh and cooked properly. Called the customer service, was transferred 3 times with no resolution. With all the knew places selling chicken KFC will be out of business soon with this type of service. Smdh

I was amazed at how fast my food was ready! When I got home we found out why!! The original recipe chicken looked like it sat under the heat lamps all day! The chicken was dried out and old looking! It was a waste of our time and money! Never going back!

Horrible customer service waiting I. Line for almost 30 minutes to drive off thinking my order was correct to find out that it was wrong call the restaurant for them to tell me the next order is on the house..no keep the money and your food well never return to this location
