I wanted this place to be good, but it was incredibly disappointing. The fries are each a different texture, some hard as rocks and some soft. Of the 3 meals in our order, no one liked anything. pastrami was dry and had no flavor, the steak salad was all fatty pieces and overcooked. Very low quality steak. Gotta do better guys, there’s too many good choices around.

If most of your stuff comes out a fryer maybe have clean oil. I can still taste your nasty oil. The dessert pies were one of the most disgusting things we've ever eaten. One bite and went into the trash. Pork belly is just regular bacon? Either get a clue or start being honest with your customers.

Carlos was a great server. Walked in to an empty restaurant on a Thursday at high noon. They lost their liquor license due to a late payment apparently. Elmhurst, get this straightened out before a good establishment goes under along with their tax revenue. Food was great, had a Sonoma State Fair sandwich wih fries and a Mushroom Heaven burger with tots. All were great. Hope they can survive.

Burgers & service were top notch. Totally worth the price. Delicious sides too (tried the tots, fresh made potato chips, and string fries). Even our picky teen loved the burger. Emerson was our server & she was super nice & checked on us often. Nice atmosphere too. Highly recommend.
Long wait time at the Bolingbrook location with no explanation-waited about an hour from being seated to receiving our order, And there were only 5 other tables occupied. Then, when we finally received our food we couldn’t eat because there was no silverware or napkins. No communication from the server. Do not recommend

So to be clear, the staff was wonderful, however the burger & tap is misleading, they no longer offer craft (or any beer) because they lost their liquor license. Also frankly the pastrami on the Rubens my wife and ordered were all gristle. Really too bad because the staff was excellent but a beer and sandwich place with no beer and iffy sandwiches… no thanks
