Elmhurst - Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Easily the worst easily the WORST Lou’s location there is. I normally order from the Oakbrook location instead to avoid this place and their constant screw ups, but the latest version of their app redirected my order to Elmhurst instead. The left out one of the additional toppings I paid for and the pizza arrived slid over to one side of the box. They addressed the issue over the phone but it seems like this location just can’t do it right and consistently.

Do yourself a favor and go to the trouble of ordering from the Oakbrook store instead.

I order from lous all the time and I get a chicago classic with extra cheese. Im expecting ALOT of cheese like always and like I paid but disappointed. Won't be back to this location. First an last.

Love the pizza but some ridiculous policies: whether you get a topping on only half of the pizza it’s the same as if you got it on the whole pizza. And the price of a veggie or spice topping like garlic or basil is the as adding sausage or pepperoni. Just generally overpriced.They don’t seem to take orders by phone anymore and I had to pay by credit card.

Had some minor issue on Valentine’s Day but nothing major. The manager made it right and stood by their reputation! Great job and thank you for making our Valentines great.Problem solved super grateful my valentine was thrilled!Doggo loves the crust!

We have been to Lou Malnatis multiple times and time after time they provide a fantastic meal! I love their pizza and have never had a bad one there. I highly recommend getting your next pizza there!
