This is the worse pizza ever. We ordered a thin crust and it was undercooked and the taste was horrible. We will never go back.

I live in a state that doesn’t have Lou. I am In town briefly and was looking forward to deep dish pizza from my FAVORITE pizza spot.

I’ve been sick all day and placed an order for delivery in advance. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:45pm TONIGHT. At 9:45pm when I log into the app- it said delivery in progress AND the updated delivery time stated 10pm.

At 10pm the app was updated to say order was complete and delivery occurred at 9;45pm. I’ve been in the lobby since 9:20pm and NO ONE SHOWED.

I’M HUNGRY, sick, and disappointed 0 stars.

Update: Spoke with General Manager Julia the day after the order was placed and was told a refund will be processed in 5 business days. Once the refund is posted to my credit card I will update the review to take into account the timely resolution of this matter.

Time doesn't matter for them

Generally one of several pizza places i use. I did like the account to gather points to get free food. I hadn't been in 6 months so they eliminated my 8300 points... worth a dozen free pizzas. They wouldn't reinstate. Beware of companies that steal your reward points. I won't go to Lou's ever again. It's like an airline taking your frequent flyer miles.. would you use them again? Obviously to earn 8300 points I'm a frequent customer as they know. It's a financial decision that wasn't customer friendly.

My first time in Chicago first time trying deep dish pizza idk if this is what it’s supposed to be like super soggy, oily, cheese looks all weird, idk I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s like falling apart not even cut properly. It just looks nasty yk

RUN, do not walk to the nearest Lou Malnati’s! This is my favorite deep dish in all of Chicago! The crust is perfect & the staff is amazing! Highly recommended that you get some melted butter on the side, they are $1 a piece but worth every penny! YUM!!

My ratings are focused on the 95th Street outlet. There I've purchased several frozen take out dishes. Each turned out fine.

Will not be coming back to this location for pizza. Ordered delivery - that was the only good thing about our experience.

First time we ordered from here earlier in the year the pizza was way too dry.

This timeweOrdered a large deep pan cheese pizza with extra tomato sauce and mushrooms with an buttercrust because of the dry pizza and a medium Malnati’s salad.

Pizza crust was way too thin, almost thin crust. The cheese and sauce itself were not well seasoned. Definitely didn’t taste like Malnati’s pizzas ordered from other locations.

Salad only had one small jar of dressing, way too little for the size of the salad.

Gave the place a couple of chances but will be going to Malnati’s in Oakbrook Terrace from now on.
