Had some minor issue on Valentine’s Day but nothing major. The manager made it right and stood by their reputation! Great job and thank you for making our Valentines great.Problem solved super grateful my valentine was thrilled!Doggo loves the crust!

I guess they are know for deep dish or stuffed. I accidentally ordered thin! The temp was cold outside so by the time I got home with this warm pizza it was soggy and stuck to the box :-( The pizza was very soft. I was told by a friend I need to go to a done in location to really enjoy what should be an amazing pizza. This little spot is carry out only , it was hopping Loads of customers and the staff was working so well together. Amazing - friendly services. I would say order ahead and try to park close. I had to walk a block in the blistering cold so I'm assuming this had something to do with it. I will try a sit down location next time.

Service is bad. The old and young lady are not very nice. Young lady is sarcastic. Food is ok. Service Could have been better!!!

Horrible tasteless pizza!!!!! First time ordering from the Elmhurst location and it was a huge disappointment! We ordered a deep dish Lou, which is vegetarian and it was sauce and tomatoes. The crust was about 1/2" high, barely any cheese, spinach or mushrooms just a thick layer of sauce and sliced tomatoes. No flavor at all. I guess that's why it's carry out only. Won't order from here again.

We have been to Lou Malnatis multiple times and time after time they provide a fantastic meal! I love their pizza and have never had a bad one there. I highly recommend getting your next pizza there!

Looks like we are done with Lou Malnati’s. Second order in a row, first from Oakbrook Terrace and now from Elmhurst that was placed directly on the Lou’s website but was delivered by doordash.Tracking showed the order picked up then food took a 40 minute trip with the driver into Bensenville then back to Elmhurst then here to Villa Park. We are less than 10 minutes from the Elmhurst location. Delivery was done by a person in a uhaul van. Pizza was not in a warmer.$50 for a cold pizza.For the price Lou’s charges they can afford to pay their own drivers. Ridiculous.
