Pulled up to get a simple bagel before work in the morning. They told me to wait in the drive thru waiting area. I waited for 15min until there was almost zero morning traffic in the drive thru and still nothing. Left with absolutely nothing as not to be late to work. Got robbed of my money and most importantly my time. Avoid this location entirely in the morning

On several occasions, I've had to deal with completely rude workers at location. Once, a worker, for whatever reason, was standing really close to my vehicle, holding a pressure cooker. When I asked if I could help him, the worker gave me attitude and said, "I'm not bothering you. I'm a worker." Proceeded to knock on the drivetheough window and curse when no one opened before storming into the the restaurant. On another occasion, my husband was made to wait about 20 minutes to get our food and when he asked why, the woman delivering the food literally waved him off and walked away mid sentence. Good food ain't worth it if picking it up is gonna be a pain.

You can ONLY get burgers and nuggets here after midnight! What's so hard about making a Fish Filet or Chicken Sandwich, smh. . .

Me and my mom went to McDonald, one of my orders i ordered a $5 meal, i went inside because they didnt put my nuggets in the bag and the lady was trying to charge me for the nuggets after i told her that it comes with the $5 meal then proceeds to catch an attitude and is very unprofessional.
I also want to state that when I went inside, nobody greeted or interacted with me before I said something was wrong with my order.

Out of 30 years this was one of my first worst experiences at this McDonald's site ever they were very unprofessional after they gave me the wrong order and delivered my order when I walked into the store with a bad attitude I hope this doesn't happen again this is very unfair.

It’s a typical McDonalds… they always want you to order quickly & move fast so that other customers can be served.
At times they have made errors for my order as their staff is always trying to rush…
I just placed an order there this morning, for 6 burritos, and asked for an additional 6 sauces since i use about 2 per burrito. and they said it would cost me 3$ for 6 sauce packets. I said if you guys don't want to give me sauce then refund the order. They refunded the order, but astonished they were willing to give up a sale OVER 6 PICANTE SAUCE PACKETS. Am I out of line here or? This is why McDonalds is losing money.....

Prices here for breakfast meals are OUTRAGEOUS!!! For literally at least the past 10 years I have been going to this McDonalds whenever I had appointments at Elmhurst Center for Health on York Road. The prices were a little higher than in the city, but service and the food has always been 5 Stars. But this last visit today has made me NEVER want to come back here again. EVER! The food service and food were meh in comparison to my past visits. And the price for two Sausage and Egg McMuffin meals was EIGHTEEN DOLLARS! That's Highway Robbery!
