Bright cherry clean restaurant with friendly staff and management. Food is tasty, always fresh, with hearty veggie portions in everything. Not greasy. They happily accommodate special requests (low sodium, low oil, etc) have tried many dishes and never disappointed. Fast too!

I ordered take out with Lo Mein, Wontons with Chili Oil, and a drink. The Lo Mein and drink were delicious, but I had an issue with the wontons from my order because they tasted and smelled as though they had soured.
I attempted to reach out to the business privately via email to resolve the issue with the wontons from my take out order but they completely ghosted me with no response. Take from that what you will of how this establishment assists their customers if you have an issue with an order.

This establishment received good reviews but I was disappointed with the experience. Service was good and ambiance was ok. Four of us dined at Ming Chef for lunch today at 1pm. We were the only customers in the establishment. Each of us had the lunch special. Both the Egg drop soup and Hot and Spicy soup were oily. I had two spoonfuls of the soup before pushing it aside. The egg rolls were small and greasy. The large portions of each of the main courses did not make up for the bland flavor. We will not be visiting this establishment again.
Service is fast, but food is too blank! Would not recommend. Never coming back again. Got the combo fried rice. I think they got a new chef

Food and service were good. Only a 3 on atmosphere because the dining area is just one big room. So, it can get noisy and not a lot to look at. But the food is worth the dine in.
