We had a Wonderful experience! Service was amazing, food was delicious, pricing was affordable and Management even stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with everything. :)

With all of the great reviews for this place, we expected something special..... obviously our expectations were not met! Walking in, the lights were so bright it felt like it was daytime, even though it was 6:30 PM and dark outside... so do not go here for the ambience. For the prices that this place charged I expected way more. I absolutely am in shock at the price of our bill versus the value of the fat laden meal. The steak sandwich was so fatty you had to burrow through it to find lean meat. The sirloin salad had the most chewy meat I ever had on any salad. The truffle fries tasted like they were fried in burnt garlic with oil The drinks were inconsistent as one came out watery, and then the next one came out strong. The service was rushed and impersonal The bacon wrapped date appetizer tasted like straight pig, and the risotto was mushy. The only redeeming part of this meal was the burrata cheese app. Even the chocolate cake was dry as a box. We should have run when we saw Tito‘s showcased over the bar that was lit up like daylight. We spent $500 before the tip and it absolutely sucked. Sorry for the harsh review, but somebody has to be real on these reviews. I rely heavily on reviews and trusted these ..... but somebody has to balance these reviews, because in no way was this even close to a four star rating. My rating is two stars and that is being gracious! Ughhhh

Lunch: One of the best Cubano sandwiches I've ever had. Friends were quite satisfied with their salads and desserts (cheesecake and banana bread pudding). My chocolate layer cake was tasty. Very generous portion sizes and fantastic service.

Decided to eat here last night, was not disappointed. From the second we walked in we were welcomed with open arms I had the bacon wrapped dates and the calamari, both were excellent. Service was attentive and professional without being over the top. If your nearby and dont call in, your making a mistake.

We have been here several times and always great food and service. I am from Ohio working here in Northlake and found this place just down the street from my apartment. Overall a wonderful experience.
What a great spot to celebrate our friends’ birthday at! The service was lovely and the menu selections suited us all perfectly. Our server brought out desserts for our friends to finish off the evening. We’d highly recommend!

This place was fantastic! We went for a family birthday, and things could not have been more perfect. It was a surprise party, and the whole Modern Plate team helped us pull it off flawlessly. Jason was super instrumental in working with us. The food - oh my gosh!! We each had something different and each was spectacular. The pasta dishes (all were so delicious), the chicken kabob, and the filet sliders were highlights and were amazing! Also, they surprised us with a new chocolate cake dessert that was out of this world. Will be back again soon! Thank you!!

Honestly my new favorite place, they had the lamb chops I wanted as well as fish and chips ( all food was absolutely amazing ) trust me when I say it this is the spot to go. All workers and servers are incredibly nice it’s an amazing uplifting environment and the food is top notch quality. Dessert was amazing as well!
