Always came to this location because I was greeted with friendliness all the time especially in the mornings one day decided to come here on a Saturday after sleeping from a 12 hour overnight shift not realizing the time because I’m used to this location closing at 7 when I go did realize I was there 7 mins before they closed on a Saturday a young lady behind the counter was cleaning and didn’t greet me or anything but had a nasty demeanor I intentionally went in there for the biscoff cake thinking they’ll have it and as I looked around I asked and her response was no… she said it to me with such an attitude and cut her eyes and kept cleaning so I’m looking again and at that point I’m ready to go. I grabbed only 2 cakes and left her she ring me up for my cakes I seen the total on the screen and she didn’t say anything until it was time for me to get my receipt and she said would you like your receipt and I said yes cause I will be doing a survey I got the bag and walked out she didn’t say anything. When hours of operation is in placed you are to work until then and to throw off your energy on someone because you’re ready to go home and a customer comes in that’s not any customers fault. It was 553pm when I purchased and walked out and they closed at 6pm so give it grant I can’t see if I was a customer that came at 559 holding you up I wasn’t regardless the doors are to be closed at 6pm her attitude was the first I’ve ever experienced at that location and couldn’t find my receipt until today and I stated I will be doing a survey because working in customer service her attitude was unacceptable and she shouldn’t treat people who spends their money in the establishment any kind of way. Her actions doesn’t take away from the location as a whole but I can assure you if I see her at the counter I will just walk out to avoid conflict if I ever had to come to this place 10 mins before they closed. Better yet I will just keep going.

I initially called the La Grange location to place a delivery and received the worst service... and lost so much time in the process. So I called the Elmhurst location and received THE BEST SERVICE! I spoke with Julie... she was GREAT!! She was quick, personable, attentive to my request, and provided info that I needed. I recommend the Elmhurst location!! Thanks Julie!!

Terrible customer service. Gave me only 7 cakes instead of 8. When I asked for the missing cake, the rep was very unapologetic and rude. I had to return for the cake but they made me felt like I was stealing a cake after paying 50 plus dollars. I am local Elmhurst. Won’t return for such a service.

Whoa! I just had an amazing experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes. I was greeted and attended by Alondra. She was absolutely helpful by offering suggestions and recommendations. Kudos to Alondra for the phenomenal customer service. I am beyond happy with the selection of mini bundts that Alondra recommended.

Great cakes, terrible customer service. Stepped inside and no one was at the front counter, there were 3 other people in the store waiting. 1 girl walked behind the counter and deliberately avoided eye contact while another peered over the back door and also made no acknowledgment. The last girl dashed in the back and I waited in the store but had no customer service, no greeting, and no one came to assist and stay upfront even for a minute. I left without ordering. Really disappointing experience as the cakes are really tasty. Won’t be going to this location again.

Visiting from California. Was so excited to see there was a Nithing but Bundt here in Illinois! Ordered three mini bundle, asked for a blue cute bundle PAPER bag, I was told it is an additional charge of the tune of $1.25/$ 2.75/ $ 3.25.. I was stunned and asked why? Because we are not charge for at least the small and medium bags in California!! Come to find out each establishment is franchised. I was not happy nor would go back to patronize this particular establishment!

Julie answered my call when I was rushing to pick up some bundts for my little cousin’s concert. She was so very kind and thoughtful. I caught wind they were about to close and was worried about not making it in time. I told her my situation and if she could wait as I was about 9 minutes away. She said that they would wait. I ordered a birthday cake and had it delivered. I live in a condo building with very easy instructions. Call me and I will buzz you in. They left my cake on the floor in the high traffic hallway. Why do I tip these people when they can’t do their job? Follow up: I responded to their requested site and someone was supposed to to call me to discuss. I get an email that they are too busy and for me to call if I need to address it further. They have poor customer service. I can I trust them to make a cake when I can’t trust them to handle the cake?
