Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

Pretty terrible customer service, we weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in and were not helped for over 10 minutes. Then we waited an absurd amount of time for scoops of ice cream in cups. The place was not busy and the employees were chatting away. We love Oberweis ice cream and we were happy to find an open location but we will not be back here.

We’ve come here a few times in the past year, and every time we only order 2 items and it takes 20+ minutes for them to make them even when it isn’t too busy. I used to work here so I know how fast things can get made. Very disappointing on what it’s turned into :(

The ice cream is delicious, but don't expect a warm and welcoming customer service experience.

Great creamy rich ice cream with a wide variety of flavours… if you want quality ice cream you should try Oberweis….

Staff is good, mostly young high school kids who definitely need to be more friendly & smile when they are serving customers….

Customer service needs improvement…

Ice cream is good, the prices for three people 2kid cups vanilla ice cream and a sugar cone with chocolate and mint chocolate chip 32.00

Took 20 mins for a double scoop cone. The second scoop was literally the size of my nail. I felt ripped off and annoyed because I had to get going. It wasn't busy and no reason for it to take that long for a scoop of ice cream.

The ice cream there is super good, But it took 15 minutes just to get 1 frostbite. But the atmosphere is descent. It smells like cheese in there
