For a restaurant like 151 Kitchen I expected to have a pleasant experience from the moment I arrive. This evening one of the hostesses that took us to our table was wearing dirty converse and smelled like she had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes. It’s unfortunate to have an experience like this at such a great and fancy restaurant.
Food was amazing, although slightly over-seasoned (wild mushroom carbonara risotto, photo posted below), the grilled octopus was great! Would recommend. Service was fast and polite, food came out at the perfect temperature. Overall, this restaurant has unique and inspired dishes, with very talented chefs behind them.
I took my girlfriend here for her birthday, the food was amazing, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our waitress Kenia was amazing as well and kept checking up to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. We order the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were amazing, I got myself the Kobe burger and it felt like it was melting in my mouth from how good the a5 wagyu patty is.
