This is normally my go to Panera and every time I go, the food is pretty good but this time, I’m not sure if it was the time I had pulled up but the food tasted very mediocre. The chicken from my salad was frozen?!? But I will definitely still be coming back! One bad apple shouldn’t ruin the bunch 😁

This location sucks. Every time I order they NEVER get my order right. It’s always missing items or in today’s case I ordered the Bacon Double taker and look what I received! Absolutely no baron!! Just a bagel with egg and cheese for $9?! Absolutely ridiculous!

We were in town for a soccer game. My son wanted a salad before his game, so we chose this location. We had the squash soup, chili, and a chicken Ceasars salad. Everything was great. Ordered at the kiosk, and food was ready quickly. Great location.

Absolutely horrible. Food is thrown together and sloppy. Had to wait at the cashier to pick up an online order. Even though manager, having just finished interviewing someone during peak service time, checked the bag, there was no dressing or croutons. Poorly run and food was average.

Great place to get food when you have no idea what you are in a mood for. The place is clean , the staff is friendly, and the order was prepared in a timely matter. There is a parking lot where you can park, even though it is downtown Elmhurst which is a huge plus. Not sure that there is anything else worth discussing, since Panera bread is a chain , so I guess it is like all the other locations: nice.
