Phase Three Brewing Company - Taproom + Kitchen

I do enjoy drinking beer from Phase Three. The hummingbird has always gotten me The stouts continue to pull me in.
I did try food here but unfortunately took no pictures of it. But we did order the Crispy Wings with the sweet and spicy banana dipping sauce, pork lumpia, corn ribs and the Green Chili Smash Burger. All of it was tasty and I'd get that all over again. That smash burger smashed!
For our drink libations we got the Geo Ale, P3 Pils, Interception Stout, Pecan Pie Interception Stout, and the Lulz Cinnamon Apple. All tasty, crushable and delicious. That pecan pie was sweet, with a thick viscosity that coated your tongue. It was a banger!
The beer tenders are friendly and the atmosphere has a little hum to it.
Definitely coming back and going to the other location.

Always a great place to take friends and family to enjoy some great food and some tasty beverages. Despite having a big group, our server was delightful and was on top of all of our drink and food needs.

I've never had a bad meal here. They have a thoroughly vetted kitchen for sure. Their stouts are out of this world. Their IPA's can be hit-or-miss in my opinion but they are never blatantly bad. Just that some are tastier than others.

Great staff and amazing beer! Next time we go, I need to try the food because it looked phenomenal!

Tocino Banh Mi was the bomb. I wish I'd taken a photo before I devoured it. Perfect amount and has a kick to it. Will definitely be back and order it again.

I didn't eat here, but I enjoyed their beer. They are a bit heavy on IPAs, without many options for other styles. The main reason for the three star rating is that I don't care for the ambience. It is too modern, and feels more like a big city night club than a small town brewery.

Couldn’t recommend Phase Three more! Their stouts and bites are fantastic.

I got suggested this place by a cool individual and decided to check it out with some friends which turned out to be pretty dang good. With the atmosphere being amazing, really good music from indie to throwbacks like Ms Jackson, the food was top notch especially their grass fed burgers, then our server having the best service ever by letting us try the different type of drinks they provide at the establishment and being really friendly. Shoutout to our server I believe her name was Rose she really killed it and would definitely come back to try out their whole menu ?

Roselin, my sever, was awesome and gave me top notch customer service. The beer here is amazing, extremely high quality. The food is by far one of the most unique menus I’ve ever seen, and clearly the head chef loves what he is doing. I cannot wait to visit this place again ?
