Whoa! Wheres the beef? The regular italian beef sandwiches have gotten a lot smaller! The sandwich buns used to be larger, the meat is now shredded instead of slice of beef. Can’t help but to think private equity took over and hollowed it out. Feeling cheated. Total waste…

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for us.
They charged us the wrong order, and when we tried to explain it was 2x the price that was said, we kept being questioned about it until the manager came over and figured it out. What we ordered was $30, what we paid because they weren't pay attention was almost $65.
Our order was taken wrong, and when we got the correct order after the money issue there was at least $10 of missing items. 2 fries, sauces, and a drink that was paid for and on the receipt.
The drive thru was not busy, and I understand a rush time, possibly before but it just seemed like the people at the windows didn't care about taking our order properly or fixing what was wrong.

The kid that was on the fry station and served up our fries and chicken strips, as well as other customers, wasn’t wearing gloves and was rubbing his face and wiping his nose and then immediately after touching the food and containers without washing his hands or putting gloves on.
