I went during lunchtime so they were super busy! The crew was nice and accommodating and my food was hot and fresh! I did a togo order and they didnt place napkins in the bag.. that is my only complaint!

Fancy Portillos! It looks pretty cool on the outside and the inside. Fries are delicious. The cake shake is the best. Love the bacon cheese burger and tamale
Absolutely average. Nothing great or horrible. Staff acted like they'd rather be somewhere else. Portion on fries was modest. Chicago dog was good not great. Fine. Just fine. No reason to hurry back.

Went there on Satu 07 Sep 2024, waited 15 mins, I complained to the manager "cindy" and she looked at the receipt and then her watch and said nothing, really crappy to treat customers, I am sure if Mr. Portillo still owned this, that would not have occured, the food has really changed too, such a shame this place went "all corporate" and put profits above service and quality
