Wheelchair accessibility: We had a wonderful experience dining here. The table easily accommodated our wheelchair. The staff were very kind, and helpful. They treated all of us with respect. This is a wonderful restaurant. Mario, our server, was exceptional. He knew what we needed before we asked, and went out of his way to address us by name. He made us feel very comfortable. The staff at the host stand did the same. Thank you.

We were charged a delivery fee which would be fine but we dined in… not sure what that’s about.
Overpriced and meh food. Better off going to a taco truck. Guac is tasteless, outdoor patio is nice.

Primos Locos is the real deal when it comes to authentic Mexican food! I went there to celebrate my sister’s birthday with our family, and they made her feel like a queen. They gave her a free sombrero and even sang to her, which made the night extra special.
The atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was top-notch—authentic flavors and excellent quality all around. I also loved that they served exclusively Mexican beer, which really added to the experience. If you’re looking for a great spot with genuine Mexican cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere, Primos Locos is a must-visit!
The food was good, not serious Chicago, authentic Mexican food that you find in Little Mexico, humble Park, Logan Square area. But it was good food for the suburbs. Guacamole was all right, needs a little work. Overall, the meals were adequate, portion sizes were good, came out of the kitchen hot. Service was friendly and prompt and detailed I can’t get the bill. I paid it via scanning it and paying it over the phone. I looked at the bill later and saw that there was a delivery charge on there for $3.36. I will have to call and see what that was about. Delivery charge from the kitchen to my table? Delivery charge for my tequila from the bar to my table? Delivery charge for my scraps to go to the garbage? Granted it was only $3.36, but it’s a principal. Service charge for a credit card, I get someone understand or some kind of service charge perhaps. Maybe label it different.

I had my wedding there and Jose and Alex did an amazing job. The ordered special drinks for us the food was delicious and plentiful. They even had a couple of musicians entertain us. Can't said enough good things about them
