I’m glad I stopped by because it has become my new favorite spot! I try to fit a decent amount of protein in my day, and their bowls have 20grams. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, snack stop by!!

Cute little smoothie, coffee and tea shop with lots of healthy options and lots of playful elements like a piano, chalkboard drawing wall, inspirational quotes board and some games. They do a fun theme every month and August 2025 is Harry Potter themed! They had cute Harry Potter themed foods and drinks, decor and the movie was playing. Very comfy and cozy and great for the kiddos We had a couple smoothies, a brainy tea and a mini waffle.

This has been my new summer spot! With these hot days, I need something quick, filling, and cold. I don’t always have a lot of time between lunch so I stop in for something quick.
I get the hydrator drink and a matcha bowl.🥤 🍵This keeps me full till I can get home for dinner. Everyone there is super nice and friendly. It’s family run and they are great people!

Great place to get an açaí bowl and relax. They have a couple of tables and a large couch to relax on while enjoying your beverage or bowl. Everythibg is fresh and they are very friendly. Extremely clean and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended if you like protein shakes, smoothies or other yummy drinks.

Stopped by Rise and thrive for their smoothie bowls!
We got the açaí bowl and the duke bowl with matcha. I’ve been to other places and these are definitely the best! They don’t skip out on toppings and the flavors are so fresh.
Wish they carried coconut water or coconut milk or almond milk or any other nondairy product for plant based people. And dates are an extremely popular and fairly inexpensive fruit with a super long shelf life that would be an amazing addition to the fruit/natural selection as well. There’s Greek yogurt and soy based protein in every bowl, so if you’re avoiding those items I would avoid this place. Great customer service, smells amazing when you walk in, setting is nice and peaceful.. but I came for a good smoothie bowl and unfortunately I didn’t get that. Avoid if vegan.

The worker was super nice & friendly. I came in for a smoothie bowl of some sorts with protein. They had a good variety of options and it was hard to pick! I ended up going with their current special which is the guava bowl. The portion is just the right amount and its price is actually better than most places for a smoothie bowl! And it was tasty. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area!

I love this place. Every time I come from out of town or from the gym, I must stop by and purchase a smoothie bowl. Customer service is excellent, and the place is clean and peaceful. If anyone happens to be in the area, this is the place to be.
