Very late delivery despite the fact I live 5 minutes away from their store. And guess what, I got a cold stone pizza on top of that. And of course they couldn't care less. Avoid!

I usually love coming here but I called and tried to place an order and he just said I have to use the online system with door dash! Guy was super rude date was 9.1.24 at 9:00. He didn’t know literally nothing I asked about a discount and he put me on hold. I hung up! I have been ordering from here since 2014 consider this the last time I even try to order!

this place is managed by fantastic people and service is impeccable, even to the point of staying open beyond closing time. this is the best Sarpinos in all of Illinois!!

Great vegan options at a great price! I've tried the vegan pepperoni pizza and the vegan pepperoni calzone, and both were amazing! I ordered pickup and the food was ready when I arrived and service was great! Can't wait to try more things.

What a RIPP-OFF!!! Way overpriced and way under-served/ Skimpy / Lacking.
It was pathetic/shocking to see a $30.00 12" pizza that looked like a child's personal pizza from the frozen section at the grocery store.

We normally pay $21-$25 for a 12" with 4 toppings. And we have a leftover piece or so.

At Sarpinos Elmhurst on 83 and North Ave,
a 12" with 4 toppings is over $30.00 and does not feed 2 people.
It's a 1 person meal, and way skimpy on the toppings.

It was my first and LAST TIME buying food there. How utterly disappointing.

That atmosphere is nice I smoke here but if you plan on tipping in cash they will arrive an hours late to give you food poisoning!

My first deep dish pizza. I like thin crust and the deep dish is ALL crust. Waaay too much dough for me. A scraped off the toppings and really couldn’t find much. The sauce tasted burnt. But maybe that’s what Chicago pizza sauce is supposed to taste like? Not sure what all the commotion is about. I’ll won’t try it again. Little Caesar’s is better. I couldn’t even find cheese on it!!

These guys are awsome! I ordered a pixxa near closing time (which I didn't realize till delivery driver informed me). They were nice, took my order, and delivered a beautiful pizza. Will be ordering from here again :)

Food was good - made exactly as ordered and fast. I felt horrible for the employee, who had to work in 90-degree heat INSIDE the store as the air conditioning had been out for 3-days. The store was blistering hot.

Ordered mozzarella sticks cold and chicken tenders worm but not good. Both tasted like I pulled a bag of frozen tenders or Motz out of the freezer and put in the oven for a couple minutes less than needed.

I got delivery. Calzone was a little greasy but service was great.
