I'm a 30+ year fan of the Spring Inn through its days as a old man tavern to historic Elmhurst classic. The patio in back is a great place to begin your warm weather day drinking!

Kind of boring only a few TVs only a plastic tip dart board not much going on if you look in the drown your sorrows then this is the place for you although I did go there in the winter time and wasn't able to enjoy the outdoors in the back but I don't want to sit out back by an alley either I can do that in my own house couldn't play anything on the jukebox either, because someone already loaded up with so many songs that you never get to hear what you want to hear. How about adding a steel tip dart board maybe a pool table. worried about violence get a doorman. probably will not return to many other bars on the street that look a lot more exciting than here

Great holiday decor! Bartenders are great. Touchtunes for entertainment. It's a bar bar which I love. Looks like some good specials during the week but we were there on a Saturday.

This bar condones homophobic racist regulars,to treat other with disrespect. We were out looking to find a local bar to call our own. Immediately,I liked the chill vibe it gave. There were six of us including the bartender. How quickly things changed.Ordered my drink and went to the restroom. As I was fixing my hair,a lady abruptly slams the double doors as she's walking towards the patio area, almost hitting me by an inch! No joke. I go back to the bar and tell my girlfriend what just happened. She then tells me that happened to her but didn't think nothing of it. Now we know it was intentional. We are queer latinas. At this point,I felt very uneasy and had my phone recording in case things got ugly.As we were waiting to pay our tab to leave, this older white lady, clearly a regular, comes over and apologizes for her scum friend. She said that they like to leave the doors open. The bartender overheard the apology and joked and told the lady, you're scaring away my customers. We know they are regulars since the bartender was outside smoking with them. Never did he ask that scum of a lady to leave. We decided not to ever go back if that's the type of people they let in.

Really great atmosphere and lighting! Service was good, music and vibes were also good. Just wish they had a better selection. Saw a picture on one of the reviews that had a few different ciders on there but it must have been old bc when we arrived we were told it was just beer or high noon seltzers. Other than that though its a real nice spot, definitely worth checking out! :)
