Ok I love this Starbucks. I am always here and I always go through the drive thru. My coffee is always good and my croissants are always warm. Sophia is especially nice and welcoming but the girl in the drive thru taking orders, I believe her name is Nylah, needs to slow down and listen! I always have to repeat my order to her. Wouldn't really make a stink about it but it happens all the time! I give my order, making sure to be clear only to hear her repeat an order that is not what I just ordered. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don't know if she does this on purpose or if she hears only what she wants but it has gotten a little annoying and I am on the verge of just going to another Starbucks, even if it's out of my way.

This place sucks, and of course bring Starbucks overpriced. I can make a better cup of coffee on my stove top with a kettle or even on a campfire.

The dining room was closed as we arrived and went through the drive through.
Staff was ver short with us explaining that they closed in 1 minute.
We've all been there with customers but she was not pleasant. I would choose to avoid this establishment in the future

If i could give zero stars i would and my reason for that is that I was just here at 7:30 on the dot and the girl on the speaker said sorry but we do close at 7:30 today but they still ended up taking the other person's order behind me if u told me u couldnt take my order why would u take the persons order that was behind me...does this make any sense at all? Or are u guys just choosing who to take their orders and who not to take their orders? That was just unfair and it's unprofessional to be doing things like that...it just wasn't right at all...smh

No one should have to wait 10+ mins in the drive thru. Please make a parking spot in front of store for them to park in and run their order out like other places.

Like most mornings I was rushing to get to the doctors appointment and noticed I had 15 minutes to spare. I saw there was a Starbucks on the way and ordered ahead our usual white venti mocha and venti pink drink. I always get the kids something special when they have to go to the doctor. We went through the drive through grabbing our two drinks and headed off to the appointment down the street. My coffee barista didn’t fill the coffee to the normal fill line (I know it never is full full, but this had 2 inches left in the cup even with the whipped cream). It didn’t taste like coffee and espresso, it didn’t taste like white chocolate. So after the doctor visit I went back and explained. The male manager did not apologize, told me to get the drink extra hot, and stood there looking at me. I asked him for a new corrected drink and he said he already ordered it. Upon sipping the drink this second drink was NOT made correctly either. At this point I just left and decided to put a review. I don’t want the workers to feel bad, however, I work hard for my money and would like a drink made correctly. Clearly this Starbucks doesn’t understand the importance of a good coffee made correctly. We love our barista’s!
