Hands down the best Sushi my wife and I have had. We order or dine there regularly and never disappointed. We have tried many sushi places and while many are good this place stands out.

Stopped by for lunch — the place was pretty quiet, just a couple of people when I got there, and by the time I finished, I was the only one left. I actually liked how calm it was. The sushi was pretty good and the salad was nice too. The miso soup though… a bit too salty and kind of sweet, which wasn’t really my thing.

This place used to be my favorite sushi place, but since then prices have gone way up and the quality has gone way down. I have to spend a lot more money for sushi that’s only about half as good and honestly doesn’t taste very fresh. Not worth it anymore. The staff also used to be nice, but lately have been rude and dismissive.

We just moved to Elmhurst and have been on the hunt for our new go-to spots. First attempt to find our new favorite sushi we went to Sushi Nest, and the search is over. We shared a big Kirin, crab Rangoon (HUGE AND PERFECT!), then had an assortment of rolls: Hawaii, king crab, Boston, Kua Cha Kua Cha, Negi-Hamachi and tamago. We brought leftovers home!! Service was attentive but not cloying, and the menu had some standard faves and some super inventive things too. When you leave a restaurant stuffed but also talking about what you’re getting next time, that’s a win. Oh! And it was like $80 before tip. Absolutely lovely place, can’t wait to go back!!
Vegetarian options: There were so many veggie rolls!! I was thisclose to getting the sweet potato roll- but next time.
Kid-friendliness: There were couples on dates, friends out to dinner, and families with their little ones.

Ordered takeout today and for the second time the quality wasn’t there. It was only good the first time I ordered from there.

My favorite sushi spot in Elmhurst. I’ve ordered here a dozen times for delivery and dined in several times and the sushi is always fresh. The waiters are attentive and polite.

I really enjoyed the food here, we went on a quiet afternoon so service seemed to be bothered by our appearances. Sushi was delicious, the Godzilla and Dragon roll were our top picks.
Bathrooms were clean which is always a plus!
