First time at Gringo & Blondie and I was not disappointed! Heard a lot of great things about the Birria menu, especially the Birria Pizza specifically! Overall, delicious food, drinks and amazing service! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the Birria menu and a lot more! Highly recommended!

Fun and funky place. We enjoyed our food — the tacos and quesadillas were flavorful. The margaritas were tasty, too. Check it out!

Food was ok, I had a lot of water on the bottom of my dish? We lost our server, so we had to request tortillas from another server.

First time here and my husband and I were not disappointed. We had the Pozole and Chilaquiles with Thinga. Food was served hot and everything tasted perfect. Service was outstanding and we were well taken care of. The atmosphere in this place was super fun and inviting. We will definitely be back again. Looking forward to outdoor patio weather. Thank you Gringo and Blondie you deserve 5 stars.

Go in person, orders by phone get put on hold and then disconnect - continuously. They do this anytime they get busy. Good food, fair prices, mediocre service.

**Declining Quality and Rising Prices at Gringo and Blondie**

I have been a loyal patron of Gringo and Blondie for quite some time, and the food has always been top-notch. However, my past two visits have been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience because I love this restaurant and want it to succeed.

Firstly, the to-go salads have significantly decreased in size—they're less than half the size of the dine-in salads. I recently ordered two salads with steak and just three slices of avocado, which cost me $50. Instead of the usual tortilla chip strips scattered throughout the salad, we received about three small tortilla chip pieces. The value for the price just isn't there anymore.

Secondly, I used to love ordering the street corn, but at nearly $10 for a single cob, it's hard to justify the cost. The portion doesn't match the hefty price tag, and it's disappointing to see this favorite become overpriced.

On a positive note, the service is always great, and the staff are genuinely friendly. They consistently do their best to enhance the dining experience. However, the trend of disappointing dishes and continuously rising, very high prices is hard to overlook.

I hope the management takes note of these issues because Gringo and Blondie has the potential to be fantastic again. Until then, I find it difficult to return given the current value proposition.

i believe they want this place to be the kind of place that “gringos” can experience mexican food and it won’t be too spicy or too strong. we felt that the food could be massively improved with hot sauce. as we finished our meal, we noticed other tables had both a red and a green hot sauce — it looks like our server just didn’t bring them or offer them. maybe it’s something you have to know to ask for? the margs were sweet and had sugar on the rim, even though we ordered salt both times— they are basically juice. if you get there before 6 PM you can get the happy hour price at least. we were seated at 5:55 so just before 6 — but we didn’t see a server for over 10 minutes. the brisket taco was really thick and needed a sauce. the veggie tacos/bowl had good flavor but was too oily — could benefit from some citrus. we noticed another table was brought a bowl of lime wedges — i guess another thing you have to know to order. the salsa with the chips was very good, although the menu says they homemake their chips and they are obviously not home made.

Since they’ve changed owners the quality of the meat has downgraded. To be specific, the carne asada tacos taste much differently than before, there’s no taste. The tortillas were too oily as well. Don’t fix what’s not broken, just to save a buck.
