Been going here for over 45 years and never had one bad meal. The remodeled restaurant is fantastic and very comfortable.
Was looking forward to New Star to celebrate my birthday. My sister called this past Monday to see if they were considering today (Juneteenth) a holiday and they asked her what the holiday was! The manager advised her that they were honoring the lunch special today. Needless to say, we arrived today, no lunch special because today is a holiday. We love New Star but after this experience today, I’m certain that we will not be coming back!
This place was so good! Our waitress was the best! They were able to accommodate my picky eater, and she really liked her food! We all did! We got pot stickers, crab rangoon, a won ton soup, orange chicken, general tso chicken, chicken and rice (no sauce), and sweet and sour chicken (sauce on the side). We will be back!
