On Friday 3-8-2024 they had no bagels on that was advertised their menu. I was told they had run out by 9 am. The hazelnut coffee was completely empty, and they were not aware of it. I had to wait. They were all very confused that morning. I frequent this great location, but it was chaos that morning. I will consider going a direction in the morning so I get to different Panera Bread restaurant.

Hello I'm a African American woman who love,and enjoy your food at every visit. My food was wonderful, the cashier was great,the guy and young lady who prepare the the food was great, but the fat black young girl who changed the coffee, walked around and nothing else ,was informed that the coffee was cold was just as cold and disrespectful she has no business working with the public until she learn how to be respectful to people and stop being angry when asked to do her job.

She’s the best she knows how to make you smile even on your worst day she answers all my dumb questions and even remembers your name when you walk through the door then next over as I go pick up my order they have Mr.Cortez he’s soooo niceeee he answers your questions with No attitude even if they’re busy and he packages my food soooo well I’m really thankful for those two keep it up Panera in Elmwood those two are a dream team at night thank you again

Saturday went to an older Panera Bread location. I could tell by the sign and the parking lot, which was smaller with smaller car stalls. My son LOVES Panera so if we are in the area, we try to go to closest Panera.I just wanted to give the managers at the prep area 5 stars for being patient after dealing with demanding customers.We ordered our usual: grilled cheese for son and You Pick 2 for me.This time I ordered the duet; the Tomato soup was so warm and tasty that I wanted another cup! The restaurant had music in the background and was clean and welcoming. Thanks for a pleasant experience, we will be back.

Waited 15 for our bread to be sliced, asked for a refund and waited another 5 for the manager. We left with no bread, no refund, and left the dirty and poorly managed Panera.
