Russell's has been a family favorite for a couple of generations. Trouble is that none of us ever get anything but bbq beef and bbq pork sandwiches which are always excellent and the unique sauce goes perfectly. I don't know about any other items, but the sandwiches are great!

Russell’s BBQ has been part of my life since before I could walk, and my family has been coming here for generations. I still sit in the very same booths my grandparents and parents once did, and the nostalgia is every bit as good as the food. The ribs and sauce are timeless, the cole slaw has a fresh and amazing vinegar base, and even vegetarians are covered with a surprisingly tasty veggie burger. This place is a true Elmwood Park landmark—classic, consistent, and full of...

I eat here about once a year...I ate here with my parents and my grandparents...a family thing...I liked family dinners I have moved yet I love to feed people.. I have cooked holiday family dinners and game day dinners my local BBQ Joint in NC doesn't Compare to your kitchen or mine...I've moved on and so far in Tennessee the food is iffy food poisoning at the Flying Saucer Don't eat there in Memphis. Russell's always does it's best a big Thankyou...
