Apparently you need to call before you go to make sure they are actually open, they claim to be “open” til 9/9:30 but the employees will close whenever they feel like it. 9:30 my husband showed up at 8 and the kid said they were closed when my husband said “the sign says 9:30” the kid shrugged and said “I’m going home”. I also went one day where this poor kid was supposed to be training and his trainer left him alone to go to a party. These kids would have hated working back when I was in high school, we had to actually stay until our close time, we did t get to pick and choose. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business
If i could give it -5 stars for atmosphere i would. I felt so unwelcome that i literally laughed incredulously out loud to my friend. Worst service I think I've ever had or even seen.
All from the older woman working - she was so mean for no reason that my friend literally left the building before our transaction was completed to cry in the car. If I wasn't just off work and SO hungry I would have walked out. Sandwich was poorly made too...asked if i wanted it toasted, i said yes, she put it on the counter without toasting it. Girl what? Why ask?
Kid-friendliness: There is a very mean woman who works here. Would not want my children exposed to someone like that personally. Also was pretty dirty

I paid $8.69 for a 6 inch Philly and barely had anything on it. What a joke. You guys need to be more generous than that.

Freakin flies buzzing around, cookies left out on rack and I’m sure flies got on them. Bathrooms not clean, front door has same handprints for 3 days. Not hard, instead of sitting in back waiting for customers clean the place and kill flies.

Worst Subway Ever!Vegetables wilted, bread was stale. First the employees told me they were out of cold cuts. It was 5:00 PM. All of sudden one of the employees came out of the backroom with a pack of coldcut combo meat. I should have left when I seen things were not right. I paid $10.00 for garbage. I called the manager who directed me to corporate. The women that answered the phone was a real piece of work. Snotty and rude.She told me Subway was a small business and couldn't afford proper supervision. I guess that makes it ok to hand out garbage. I told her to keep her sandwich . Obviously Subway can't afford a customer service rep that is professional either. Long story short. Don't spend your hard earned money at Subway in Elwood. I guess customer service thought being a small business is an excuse for terrible food and even worse customer service.

subway in Elwood sucks. 2 young boys had no clue how to put 2 scoops of tuna in a soup container. wow!!!!!! also I did get chili in a soup cup... never offered crackers, cheese or any other condiments. must b really desperate for help or really really poor management!!!!!! I'm going to spread the word about that.
