“I went through drive through to get granddaughter her free fries for doing good in school with her school green card. The voice that came over the speaker was so kind and soft natured. Very nice to hear, you don’t always get that. Very polite and was so kind even when our order was free, she gave us the best costumer service, it didn’t matter if we weren’t spending money today, she was still so kind. So we will go back! I asked to speak to the lady who took my order and let her know personally that we appreciate her customer service and kind voice, that we don’t always get that. She said her name was Margaret and she was the manager. Thanks for a great experience!“

“love dairy queen. but today my wife and I went through drive through for lunch about 1:00. each of us had fries with our meals. everyone wearing masks. the girl at the window (wearing shorts) was a little rude though. when she handed us our meals, I asked her if there were any catsup packets in the bag. she went and got some and came back saying "you have to ask for them". mmmm. I wonder what the hell she thought I was doing just then ??? dumb“

If there's an error on the order and you tell them about it they fix it without complaining and they're happy to do it. In comparison to other McDonald's in the area this McDonald's is at the top of the list for excellence. The stores in Washington and Peoria treat you like you're an inconvenience“
