Hardee's is one of them restaurants that is either a 0 or a 5. I will say that my last few experiences at the eureka IL Hardee's. Has been a 5. No joke, the crispy chicken meal is surprisingly great.
I'd never been here before today, but when we went through the Drive Thru a woman answered and took care of our order. It was taking a while but when we got to the window we quickly realized she was running the register, drive thru, AND all the cooking totally alone. She had mentioned that she was so sorry for the wait and the shift before her hadn't prepped anything either so that didn't help. We were waiting in the drive thru so long that we considered going inside to make sure there were actually people in there. This place needs adequate staff. Pay employees more and they will come to work.
