Burger Restaurants near Eureka

“A Major Improvement !!
Previous management was BEYOND rude, and not just once, but every time I came, until I eventually stopped visiting and started encouraging others in the community to support other Eureka restaurants. I've never been so angry at the demeanor of a manager and complete disregard for good customer service.

Flash forward a couple years, it was by request of a friend I stopped at Hardee's last week, and pulling up to the drive-thru, prepared myself to be disappointed, again.
But this time instead of a Margaret's angry voice barking over the speaker, I was greeted with a friendly, happy-to-help new face, Kelly. She made the Hardee's experience so much better!
She must have noticed me cautiously looking around for the previous manager, when I inquired about her, I was joyous to learn she's no longer there. We will be coming back with our family & friends. Thank you Kelly, and thank you Hardee's!“

“love dairy queen. but today my wife and I went through drive through for lunch about 1:00. each of us had fries with our meals. everyone wearing masks. the girl at the window (wearing shorts) was a little rude though. when she handed us our meals, I asked her if there were any catsup packets in the bag. she went and got some and came back saying "you have to ask for them". mmmm. I wonder what the hell she thought I was doing just then ??? dumb“

“I went throught the drive and ordered the mcdouble meal, went around 630ish and there was no line at all. My small fry had enough fries to fill a medium and were hot, they gave me 4 sweet and sour sauces for the 4 chicken nuggets I had, the mcdouble was pretty tasty. I would give a shiny gold star but that is not an option on here.“
