every time we order from this place THEY GET IT WRONG you charged my father FOR THE PRICE OF A DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER only to give a single patty and FRIES?! are you serious rn? Don't come here I think the workers there need to be talked to on this and thats just being nice.....
Staff was beyond rude. The young man's body language at the window was very unfriendly like he hates life and his job. I asked for a spoon with my shake from a larger woman with dark hair and she argued with me telling me I didn't need a spoon. She told me the shake is thin enough just drink it with a straw. I still never got a spoon I asked for. I picked my own order up. I will never visit this establishment again.
i was there today. food took too long, i was only one at drive thru. the employee was nice so no problem there. the food wasnt even warm, i ordered a burger and fries. i ate a few bites but was afraid it had sat out too long so didnt eat rest. there went $9 and still hungry. i would have gone back but was on the road. ive had Hardees in East Peoria at least three times, awesome burgers, never fails to he a good meal there. i see a lot of negative reviews on the one in Eureka,...read full review
