Unfortunately I’ve had 2 times in the past month where I ordered a drink and food, then the food never came. Only from going up to the counter and asking why it had been 20+min. I wonder if they get so busy that tickets get lost sometimes.
Again, great drinks but not getting your food and either staying to wait or asking for a refund might not be worth me going back again.

Been coming here pretty often since I moved into the area. The food and drinks are of good quality. However they have the rudest staff I've even seen in coffee shop or any line of service. They are racist and ageist and almost have this idea that they are better than everyone else. They yelled at my girlfriend because she didn't instantly know what milk she wanted. They are unhelpful and unfriendly. Going to need to look for a better coffee shop.
What a perfect way to start a Friday morning with my puppy Roni (Maca-Roni) and a pup cup for her with an Oat milk Maple Latte for me and some Old Fashioned donuts for home. Combined with the new park renovations across the street, the only thing we're missing is a dog section for her to run around in, otherwise pretty perfect day. I may not have escaped before getting the chorizo and egg empanada as well but don't tell my dietician.
