The level of customer service provided is exemplary, setting a standard that is notably higher than that of its competitors. My relationship with a lox bagel is complex; I find myself simultaneously captivated by its allure and disillusioned by its execution. Capers pose a particularly intricate challenge: while they are essential for the authenticity of the lox bagel, their flavor oscillates between enhancement and potential overwhelming dominance. In my extensive experience across various bagel cafes, I have frequently requested the addition of precisely two (2) capers to my sandwich—one placed on either side of the central cut. This modest request has often been met with derision, refusal, or neglect. However, my experience at Bagel Art Café has been markedly different. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Bagel Art Café and its dedicated artisans for fulfilling my long-held aspiration: the perfect 2-capered lox bagel.

I recently used Bagel Art for a catering order for work and they are now my go to for breakfast catering. It might only be bagels, muffins, and fruit, but fantastic bagels, muffins, and a very generous fruit bowl! Not to mention their service is friendly and top-notch!

This is by far my favorite bagel place to go to-- I moved to mke and crave here all the time. Its a little pricey (almost $6 for orange juice). There's parking behind the store and it's next to a train station.

I have been coming to Bagel Art for years. From the bagels and the accompanying cream cheese, to the sandwiches that are available all day, everything is always on point & tasty. The staff are also all wonderful and kind: & Ben made my day today when i went in for an iced coffee. Will be back soon.

Solid bagels! Lots of options as far as toppings go. Cute inside and they serve intelligentsia coffee which is a huge benefit!
My partner and I visited for breakfast sandwiches and they did not disappoint! The lattes we chose weren’t the best but this is mainly a bagel sandwich shop. Probably wouldn’t get coffee again but I will definitely be back for a bagel sandwich!
