Place is not run well at all. Got NO cooking instructions. Only one person had a clue what they were doing. But the wort part was how DIRTY the place was. Disappointed.

I have ordered regularly from Bake 425. Tonight’s service was horrible!! They got my order wrong. When I went to pick it up, they informed me they were out of nuts for the pear blue cheese salad. They gave me the wrong pizza which I didn’t discover until I got home. When I called to report the mistake, they asked me to return back to the store. When I arrived, again, key ingredients were not available for the pizza. We asked for some type of compensation such as a free cookie or comping the pizza. “We don’t do that,” said the employee. It’s sad how the service quality has completely declined.

Very good first visit for a take home to bake pizza and a salad. Anything Goes Monday $22.95 for a large speciality pizza and a small salad is pretty hard to beat! We had the chicken pesto pizza (pistachio pesto, mozzarella, chicken, spinach, cherry tomatoes and shaved parmesan) and the spinach salad (with dried cranberries, feta and pine nuts, hold the red onions). The pizza toppings were all very fresh with juicy halved tomatoes and especially tasty with the legit shaved parmesan. Overall it was good, but a tad shy on the chicken. We had 4 pieces leftover from 2 adults. The salad was also very good with crisp spinach and the raspberry vinaigrette was not sweet thankfully - more like a balsamic vinaigrette. The small salad was adequate for 2 people with the pizza. Had trouble getting through on the phone to order (online ordering not available): I started trying around 3 pm and they finally answered a little after 4, even though the posted hours say 2 pm. They promised it to be ready in 20 minutes and it was. I will definitely return for the Monday special, but a $26 regular price for the same pizza that you bake at home seems pricey to me ($19 regular price for a large cheese - 14").

We order here at least weekly. Easy and really like popping it in the oven for nice crispy crust. Crust is decent but ingredients are very good.

These pizzas are THE BOMB. Anyone who couldn't wait a few minutes for them to wrap up the order or doesn't think these hard working folks deserve a tip has lived on the North Shore wayyyy too long. Doing the work to bake it yourself is a thousand percent worth it because the flavor profiles compared to the rest of the central street pizza is just next level.

So delicious. We had sausage and caramelized onion and Popeye.

Word to the wise. Bake it yourself. They have no idea how to bake a pizza. They offered to bake it tonight. We decided to try it. Big mistake. I'm giving 4 stars because had we stuck to baking ourselves it would have been fine. Next time we won't make the same mistake

I think this place is great. I had a discussion with one of the staff, and they have been short staffed for quite some time. They have been working very hard to re-staff up after the pandemic, and seem to be back to full staff. I've had quite a few experiences with Bake over the last few years, and the pizza is always good. I can't speak to orders being wrong, as ours are always fine. I like the idea of creating my own pizza, and being able to bake it at home to my taste. I like a more crispy crust, and I can do it here perfectly. Most "delivered" pizza is chewy and Luke warm at best. This is hot and ready when I want it. That's the advantage of Bake. That's why we order from here instead of delivery. Hope this helps.

We are new in the neighborhood and for the first time today we ordered the Pizza over the phone and it was very disappointing. Girl who took the order didn’t tell us that their oven is not working and on top of that she asked for the tip. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, she handed him frozen pie. My husband asked her why he wasn’t told about the oven not working when he placed the order and asked for a refund. Of course we didn’t get a refund. Not only did we experience bad customer service but we paid a tip for it. I can not comment on a test because our oven is busted. I am glad a new pizza place is opening in the neighborhood because I don't think we are going back to "Bake Homemade Pizza" again.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Not because of the food, but the ineptitude of the staff. Tonight, for the third time in a month, they screwed up our pizza order - and this time my wife brought it back -- again. Only they stop answering the phones (presumably on purpose) so as not to have to deal with their customers. They are supposed to close at 9 on the door, but their website says 8, Im calling and my wife is calling at 7:40 standing in front outside holding the wrong pizza, and they are hiding in the back! Yup, the employees of Bake Homemade hid in the back of the store! My wife went around back and actually caught them dead in their tracks trying to leave without any accountability or resolution. The girl behind the counter just offered that Friday's are really hard. Yeah! Getting pizza orders correct is like *impossible magic*. Fear for the future.

This is the best pizza. We love to bring it home and cook it “wood fired” in our chiminea. It rivals some of the best we have had.

Love their pizza but they are just a little expensive

Great pizzas and very fresh. I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy baking the pizza myself but its made so simple, it is quite fun actually. Definitely one of my go to's for pizza nights.
