I recently visited this cafe and tried the waffle with strawberries and Nutella. It was absolutely delicious—perfectly crispy and indulgently sweet! The customer service was outstanding; the staff were friendly and attentive. The ambience was inviting making it a great spot to relax. I highly recommend this cafe and can’t wait to return!

I came here for the first time and customer satisfaction is really low! I bought coffee and sandwich but it tasted really bad!! It took 20 minutes to make a small sandwich!! The girl working with the hijab was really slow. And she also had a very rude attitude. Everything was really bad!! I will never come and I never recommend it

My family and I love this place! The food and coffee are wonderful, and the staff members are super nice. It's a perfect place for breakfast or brunch. The inside of the cafe is cute with good lighting and music.
Vegetarian options: There's a "veggie" (vegetarian-friendly) menu, and you can also easily customize the other options (I got the Marceullus Wallace without sausage). The coffee is also really good!
Excellent food & service! My daughter and I visit cafes every other Saturday to sample the cappuccinos and croissants. Although Berry Pike Cafe doesn’t serve croissants, they had a delicious cheese danish and bagel sandwich, and their cappuccino was really wonderful, as well. The second best cappuccino we’ve tasted out of the 9 cafes we’ve visited in the Chicagoland area so far! The service was warm, friendly, professional and accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxed, casual and welcoming. They have outdoor seating, but the bees forced us to go inside; both areas are nice though. 5 stars for sure! We will be back to taste and enjoy their other offerings, for sure.
